Staff is very friendly. Especially Natasha at the front desk I give her 10 plus plus Stars Tara and housekeeping Rosen housekeeping McAllen housekeeping and Miss Suzanne the front desk manager awesome people. Have never had a problem staying here.

This is not a place to stay other than if you need low income housing on an extended basis. Very rough condition of walls, carpeting, bedding, kitchenette, and door other tenant arrest while visiting.

It's a cheap motel. Just stop with your negative reviews. The woman at the check in was so nice. The room was fine if youre just looking for a bed to sleep in. This is some people's only place to stay! Just stop with the negative comments. Book the Ritz next time!

Only good thing was price. Room was small, dirty, i.e., rust spots in sink and mold/grunge at intersection of two-piece tub. One towel for two nights. Need I say more?
