Relax, recharge and enjoy the tranquility at Osprey's Rest! Huge backyard with private heated pool, grill area and a variety of outdoor seating options located in the quiet Isle of Palms neighborhood. This light and airy 4 bedroom, 2 bath beach house is the perfect place to spend your vacation with family and friends. With four spacious bedrooms boasting luxury linens, private living, open kitchen and dining with bar seating, this house is designed for your comfort. Each room is equipped with a SmartTV. Only 1 mile to Mayo clinic and 2.5 miles to putting your toes in the beach sand!

This PET FRIENDLY beach house is appointed with smart TV's in every bedroom, WIFI, cable, fully stocked kitchen including a blender, Keurig and regular coffee makers, and toaster; all you need are food and drinks. It also has a full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry area and a gas grill. Linens will be provided for all beds. Bath and beach towels are also provided as well as beach gear – beach chairs, cart, blanket and cooler.

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Thanks again for viewing one of our properties!

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged a $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

Family get together
We rented this house with our 94 yo father to visit with the grandkids and great grandkids over the holidays. The location was good for the families scattered around Jacksonville and St Augustine. The inside space was great and backyard with heated pool fabulous. All had a great time. We look forward to returning next year.

What you see is what you get!
This property served as an evacuation from a gulf coast hurricane for my family and dog, and it was exactly as advertised. The back yard is fully enclosed and very well cared for, and the inside is clean and well appointed with towels and kitchen supplies. The management team was exceedingly accommodating given our circumstances, and I would definitely seek properties they represent in the future.

I stayed at a previous VRBO that was disgusting, had to move the same day. They fit me in and I was able to move in immediately. This place is very nice and clean. Super close to the beaches. We didnt get a chance to go during our stay. They had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, pool towels.. lights ourside are nice. Fenced in yard for the dogs. They accomadated to my 4 dogs. Nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a good layout. We were able to cook Thanksgiving there. It was a little challenging as there were only 2 casserole dishes we could use. I purchased some Pyrex at Target to use a brought back home with me. The fenced in backyard was perfect and we did enjoy the pool one day. Just to let you know the shower curtain in the master would not stay up. It would randomly fall down. Never when taking a shower though. :) I will definitely rent again when I come back down to spend time with my son.

Sure, we rented the place for the pool - but the pool towels, outdoor TV, beach equipment for daytrips, usable garage, washer/dryer, and strong water pressure in the showers prove that this host is a superstar! It felt like staying at a friend's home, and we had a great time there.

What an amazing trip for all!
This was supposed to be my honeymoon, however, we postpone the wedding, so I decided to take my girls and my grandbabies to the beach for a vacation. The accommodations were perfect, the pool and surrounding atmosphere was amazing, and it had all the necessities of home that one could ask for. If we are to stay again in Jacksonville, this is where I want to stay.

Location was perfect close to everything ! Beach was a straight shot down the road. Coming home to a heated pool was also a plus. Place is very spacious, Mike was very flexible and accommodating. My kids want to live here......
I can't say enough! It was a delightful place to stay. The owners have done such a commendable job creating a cozy haven for people to stay. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms and bedrooms. The pool was heated so the kids got to swim each day (in December!). The management company was also a delight to work with. I cannot recommend this house enough! It is just two houses from a park and only 5 minutes to the beach. I am not lying that my 5, 7 and 9 year old all asked if we could move in!! Definitely give it a shot:)

Our visit to Jax Beach for the first time exceeded expectations, this property was tidy, inviting and chill. The kids loved the pool, we could grill together or hit the beach. Well stocked house kitchen included, finally. Great memories.
