This spacious open floorpan located in one of America's favorite small towns invites you to sit back and relax during your time at the beach.

With three sofa sleepers (plus a master bedroom!) and two full baths, our spacious condo is perfect for large families, a group of friends, or those that simply want more space to spreadout!

A fully stocked kitchen invites family time together or use the Grills on the beach
for evening smore's.

Ocean views abound for morning coffee on the balcony, or an evening glass of wine.

And, for those days at the beach, its just 300 steps until you reach the sand!

Conveniently located at Main Beach, it is centrally situated on Amelia Island. It's just 1.8 miles to the historic downtown and about 2 miles north of the Ritz Carlton and Omni properties.

The property was very well situated. Our balcony faced the ocean so we had beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It’s a quick walk to the beach and the restaurant next door. Inside it felt like home-cozy, open and comfortable.

Loving Fernandina!
We have vacationed at this exact location many times and absolutely love it. We are right on the beach and are in the perfect spot to quickly reach all historic sites. Very secure, clean and loads of privacy. Loved the new couches! Thanks so much!!

This was our families 4th time staying at this particular building, but this unit by far was the best!l (over the coveted *04 units). Everything was clean and well appointed. All necessities were there, including beach items. Fantastic stay and location! Would definitely stay here again!!
