Facility is tired and all of the furniture as well as carpeting look old and drab. Staff were just ok but not very pro-active to guests needs. Some employees wearing blue jeans and sweatshirts. Odd odors in the hallways leading to our room. No exhaust fan in bathroom/shower. Nothing much to see or do nearby the property. Not what we expected from a Marriott.

I arrived late due to the hurricane that hit my area in Tallahassee. The staff checked me in with a smile and was very friendly to me throughout my 3 day stay. They told me all about the facility and we're very polite during my time of need. I'll will recommend you to anyone who travels to Jacksonville and I will come back again hopefully under better circumstances.

The property has the perfect location. It’s very clean & quiet the front desk staff is very courteous efficient & helpful. The bartender David was excellent at his job my blue cheese burger was the best I highly recommend

Staff was friendly, room was very clean. The drinks at the lounge were really expensive so i dont recommend drinking there. I loved the plants and the vibes in the lobby area. Entire hotel and elevator had a nice aroma. Easily accessible to other restaurants and bars. Parking was a bit confusing. Overall i would definitely stay there again.
