March 1, 2024 - All appliances and furniture have been replaced with a new, comfortable, and modern look including a new 65 inch TV.

Welcome to Charming Beach Condo. Our two bedroom, one bath condo is located on the third floor. Relax on the balcony overlooking the beach to the south. Get up early and enjoy the sunrise. Being the end unit, you also get a panoramic view of Jacksonville Beach.

After a warm day on the beach, sunbathing or shelling, cool off in the pool on your way back to the condo. Cook for yourself in the condo or visit one of the MANY local restaurants located close by. When relaxing in the condo, you can watch cable TV or connect to the wireless internet. Enjoy a good nights sleep on one of the 2 queen beds plus sofa bed (pull-out couch).

There is plenty to do at Jax. Beach and the good thing.... everything is close by.

The condo was recently updated with the following items:

- Ceiling redone with new ceiling panels

Perfect spot by beach
Overall this was a perfect spot. Kavi was very responsive with questions. Bed(s) were comfortable and sheets were clean. Other than the front door sticking because of age, I would stay here again.

Great Location!
This unit was a few steps to the beach with a lovely view of the waves which we could hear throughout the day and night. Things were clean and our check in and check out process were simple. The hosts were always quick to reply with any messages. Everything was in working condition and we could tell that furniture and some kitchen supplies had been updated since the photos have been taken of the property. Beds and furniture were comfortable. We would stay here again!

Great beach & Kavi is a great host.
Kavi was very helpful and attentive to our requests. The AC went out on the first day we were there, and he made sure an AC company was there early on Monday and it was fixed before the end of the day. He also followed up the next day to make sure it was working. We liked the beach because it was less crowded than the gulf side, very wide, beautiful sand, mostly public with no large rows of resort-owned rental beach chairs.

Such a wonderful stay!!
Loved the location and quaintness of the unit. This unit was just what we needed for a getaway with my family. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. We loved having the ocean view and seeing the street as people rode along on beach bikes. Access to the elevator was beneficial as I have bad knees. It had everything we needed for our stay, and the host, Kavi, was very responsive and accommodating. If you want to be near the beach in a clean and affordable VRBO, you can’t go wrong with this place!! We have already booked our stay to come back this summer!

The condo was VERY clean. The ocean view was amazing. Great restaurants under a mile to walk to. Loved having a washer and dryer. Did not have to pack a lot of clothes. We would definitely stay there again. Also ample parking.

We enjoyed the condo, the proximity to the beach was perfect. The condo could use a little attention. Cabinet knob was missing, closet door off the track, a lot of little things that could be done easily to make it a nicer stay. Overall location was the winner.

Everything was beautiful and worked propery including the AC which kept it nice and cool. The balcony view was gorgeous and the property and pool was definitely clean. The beach walkway was out in front of hotel and made the work less than five minutes from our condo. Thank you for giving my Family an epic vacation experience. God Bless

The location could not be better. It was clean and comfortable. One of the beds was exceptionally comfortable. It had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. The host was accessible at all times. We really appreciated that there were plenty of towels, beach, chairs, umbrellas. It really was wonderful easy to manage. We loved it and can’t wait to go back.

The Sandpiper Condo complex is just gorgeous .. newly renovated. Love the new color! The location is very walkable and that is what we enjoy most Great beach- found lots of shark teeth. Our host was responsive and kind.. The rental unit is very functional, could use some TLC - overall we enjoyed our time Thank you Kavi

Nice clean place worked good for us, but is older. Beds were comfortable, couch good, 1 deck chair had a broken foot rest no biggie to us. Easy beach access and nice pool . No baking sheet, or measuring cups . Tv in room by patio didn’t connect only tried to use it 1 time let owner know. Bath towels could use updating. Beach towels were great. Good starter supplies

GREAT STAY
Communication was great. Kavi replied within minutes of any questions. The view from the condo was amazing, several resturants within walking distance, the beach was awesome and our dog Murray absolutely loved walks on the beach, Most resturants also dog friendly. Unfortunately we didnt have any sun this week so we did not use the pool area which was very clean and had a turffed area for lounging. Thank you for such an amazing beach though, as lots if walking was done. It certainly appears Kavi is working on improving the confo as several boxes of misc. household items showed up just before we left and notified a new fridge and stove being delivered the day we were leaving. Unfortunately we could not find the grill as listing showed a grill. Thanks Kavi, you can't control the weather, otherwise our stay was great.

Reasonable Priced Condo on the Beach
This property was perfect for our visit to Jacksonville Beach celebrating our grandson's high school graduation while giving us opportunity to enjoy the ocean. Loved being able to open the balcony door and hear the ocean waves and having a short walk to the beach. Appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and other beach accessories provided. Hopefully the door to the beach storage closet is repaired soon for easier access. I would not recommend this unit to people with a toddler, though, as there are exposed wires within easy reach of a child. Appreciated that there was an elevator available to get to the third floor when needed. A comfortable place to stay with all basic needs met.

Lovely place
This is our second time staying at these condos, first time at this particular one. I worried because it's more of side view of the ocean, but it turned out to be perfect. Sitting on the balcony, enjoying the ocean breezes was heavenly. The place is clean and cute. It's just as advertised. The only issue was that we didn't have the entry code when we arrived, but the owner got back to us right away with the code. I would definitely come back! The fact that it's pet friendly is a plus. The pool is nice and several times we had it all to ourselves. And Jax Beach is great. Also there are a couple of nice places to eat within walking distance -- a great Thai restaurant and a couple of good places for breakfast. And a short drive away is Atlantic Beach with excellent dining options. Try The Local -- great food, atmosphere, and drinks.

Great Location!
My best friend and I stayed at this condo during June. We loved waking up to our sunrise beach view each morning. This condo is close to restaurants and shopping but right off the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Loved that we could bring our pups. It would have been nice to have a luggage cart to help get our stuff to the 3rd floor but there was nothing to help with this. Next time I will bring a wagon of my own. Also, if a vacuum had been in the condo it would have helped us clean up better before our departure. Other than these inconveniences the place was great. Would definitely book again. We may try to come back in the fall

Wonderful Getaway
Since the renovation of the outside of the whole complex. We felt safe & comforting in the unit. Upon coming into comdo it was clean and ready for my family. Everything works in the condo & has ceiling fans in every room & well working ac unit. Much needed in the weeks we stayed. Big couch & chair but could use a recliner or something more comfortable for a 4 person family to sit on. Condo is so close to beach we did not have to use a cooler at the beach. Just walked back up to condo to retrieve more cold drinks & food. Pool is well kept. Seemed like the pool maintenance guy was there everyday attending to it. Definitely will be coming back next summer!

Ruined vacation
How was my stay?? What stay?? Drove 6 hours with my 93 year old grandmother. We arrived around 5pm on check-in day to find the building was gutted, under construction. All roped off with construction tape. Owner never responded to my messaged. Took 5 hours to get ahold of VRBO. Had no where to go. Ended up driving back home. Completely ruined the vacation. Beware!!!!

Beware! Extremely disappointed—totally misrepresented!
We were very disappointed to find very dirty air filters, moldy vegetables in the window sills, black mold around air vents and the screen door totally off the track. My son had an asthma attack right away and we were unable to stay there at all due to the mold and dirty environment. Even more disturbing is that we were unable to get ANY portion of a refund as money is collected prior to arrival. Furniture is not the same as in the photos btw—no colorful bar stools at counters -just old chairs. Updates listed in description are not true—purely surface/cosmetic paint. Also must climb 2 levels of stairs to reach unit which is not mentioned at all. Will not use or trust VRBO again.

Let’s start with the positive. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. The owner graciously allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. That said, the furnishings appeared to be “old attic.” One example: the barstools at the bar were table height so when sat in a persons nose was level with the bar. The kitchen furnishings would meet bare minimal standards. One bedroom had no closet and no hooks on the wall to hang belongings. The front door had to be slammed shut to close. Simply out, the condo did not appear to be “loved”. We noted yes, we enjoyed our stay as our daughter lives in Jacksonville and we spent most of the time at her house. That was a life saver for if I had planned to cook Thanksgiving dinner in the condo I would have been in big trouble. The condo is street side so just be aware there is a long walk from the elevator; however, there are stairs very close to the door.
