Oceanfront Beachdrifter - 2/2 Condo with lawn - no stairs, best parking

This is one of two oceanfront ground floor condos at The Beachdrifter which open to a lawn, pool, pergola and, of course, the beach, which is just over the dunes. We love our condos (VRBO # 1899645 and # 1125777) here because they are on the beach and we don't need to go up and down stairs or wait for a cramped, hot elevator. Our parking spots are closest to the doors and these condos open to the lawn.

Please note: the higher dunes still allow you to hear the crashing surf and see some ocean, but we can no longer see the waves break on the beach. We still love the convenience of parking next to the door (the closest spot) and walking right into the condo.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a king bed, two twins, and a full sofa sleeper, and everything you need for a vacation at the beach. We keep sand castle gear, beach chairs, beach towels, a sun umbrella, etc. And we can provide a pack-and-play upon request for your little ones.

We also have fast wi-fi, streaming TVs, an Apple computer with 27-inch display, wireless music, and more.

We accept dogs on a case-by-case basis for $29 per pet per night. And we have a short pet agreement for you to sign. Please note that the building does not allow pets to enter the common lawn and pool area.

Finally, we pride ourselves in working hard to provide the best service and support to our guests as we know how important it is for you to have a wonderful experience during your stay. You will find that we are quick to respond to questions and prompt with follow-up to any needs you have before, during and after your trip. We really enjoyed our walks on the beach. The amenities in the kitchen made cooking for the family an easy task. Excellent restaurants are close by if you like to dine out! And our hosts were very responsive for gyrations and assistance. I’d come back again!

Wonderful stay at the Orange Condo on the beach. Convenient location to many restaurants and attractions. The condo is clean, comfortable, well furnished and has a great parking spot. This was a great place to stay and the owners were so welcoming. They even provided some beer and water and soda for us upon checkin. They also had great beach chairs and towels for our use in perfect condition. The place was very clean and was exactly what we were looking for! Highly recommend and would definitely rent this unit again if we come back to this area.

We had a fabulous time. Condo was exactly as listed with everything we could possibly need already there! Plenty of pillows and blankets (which I am one that sleeps with at least 3 and was so happy to see all the pillows). Amazing Family vacation
How amazing is it to walk out the door to dunes, beach, lawn and a pool? What a wonderful outdoor experience. Perfect scenery, lots of variety and wonderful weather! Loved being so close to the beach, Just walked around the building and up the ramp. Very convenient. The apartment was adequate, two bedrooms and two baths. Everything was there to cook, washer and dryer., TV, pool outback and deck chairs. Also chairs and equipment for the beach. Very enjoyable time.

Great Location and So Comfy!
My husband, teen daughter, and her friend stayed in Sara and Max’s “Orange You Happy” condo this week, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location or for more comfortable accommodations. The condo is just as described, with the well-maintained pool only a few feet away and beach access very close as well. The beds were so cozy. And I love the ground-floor access, with parking right at the door. Sara was easy to communicate with and so quick to respond to a question. A great host! Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Jax beach! .

Great Condo and Location!
If you are looking for a nice place to stay in a great location, look no further. This condo is clean with all needed amenities, even beach chairs. The pool is right out the back door and you are literally only steps away from the beach. It is extremely nice being on the first floor with no stairs to climb. The condo is also located in close proximity to all your favorite restaurants and stores. The owners, Max and Sara, were easily contacted throughout the entire process. Money well spent
I can say without a doubt that our stay was one of the most pleasant I've ever had. I've booked a lot of vacations and rarely have I ever experienced a stay that exceeded all expectations. The condo was beautiful. The location was perfect. The hosts answered all of our questions and they treated us with a kindness that is very difficult to come across. I've owned a business for 41 years so I know about customer satisfaction. I will tell anybody that the hosts truly care.. Its a wonderful feeling when you lay down your hard earned money and come away feeling very good about spending it. I want to thank the hosts again for the way we were treated. They are obviously very proud of the condo and they should be. I tip my hat to them. If that condo is available and you want a great beach stay don't hesitate to book it.

Outstanding location in Super Cute Condo
Our family of 5 stayed in the orange condo for spring break and had an amazing time. The location can not be beat, we walked out on the main floor patio past the pool to the beach to see the beautiful sunrise. The beach is very wide, not overly crowded (even on the weekends) and our children were able to walk out to boogie board and jump the waves (no big drop off). We spent most days just relaxing at the beach and pool. At night we walked to dinner (loved the refinery and margaritaville). We drove a short distance and took the kids to an arcade, go karts, pee wee golfing and water park. We also drove to the mall (the avenues) to get some shopping in on the day it was a bit rainy. There is so much to do. The house is equipped with top technology so you talk to turn on lights and fan. The living room has amazing views of the pool, dunes and sliver of the ocean. All glass doors but also private because of dunes. The people in the building were so friendly and the hosts were amazing!! We are already planning our next trip with friends to stay and get both condos. Thanks Max and Sara!

Great Place to Stay!
We had a great stay! The owners have really taken the time to ensure you'll have everything you need during your visit and it shows! Even down to a lemon juicer and treats for our pup when we arrived! They were so responsive to our questions while we were there and every communication from booking through our stay was pleasant, polite, and professional! The condo is well-equipped with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. everything you need for a stay at the beach is provided, even down to beach towels! This is an older, well-maintained building and seems to be a mix of vacation rentals and residents. Everyone was very welcoming. It's truly a family atmosphere. Another great feature was that the units were very well insulated. We never heard any noise from the other condos, even though several people there had dogs. I never heard a bark, nor did I hear anyone above or beside me. The best part.... the beach is RIGHT THERE! It's an easy walk over the dunes to the shore. We loved being able to grab a cup of coffee and take the dog to the beach in the morning. OH! We also had our choice of coffee makers, drip or K-Cup. I'm telling you, they thought of everything. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet time that's close to the beach and reasonably priced, this is your place! Thanks Max and Sarah, we hope to be back soon!
