Dreaming of a fabulous coastal getaway? 300 Sand Dollar is a top-floor ocean view 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom seaside retreat. Located at the oceanfront condo community Sand Dollar Villas. This is a the perfect setting for a little relaxation and vacation fun all while being just steps away from the pristine Amelia Island beach.

The Sand Dollar Villas are oceanfront and offer direct beach access, a large central oceanfront pool for guest use, and an elevator. The Sand Dollar Villas are conveniently located mid island for easy access to many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and activities. The popular Surf restaurant with live music and delicious cuisine is just a short walk away.

Walking through the door of 300 Sand Dollar, you will find a beautifully decorated and well-maintained villa equipped with all your vacation needs. The attractive main room with the living area, dining area, and kitchen all part of one large space is an ideal spot to unwind after a day well spent with your toes in the sand. The tradewind blue walls, sea grass elements, high end furnishings, and gray washed flooring create a tranquil ambiance throughout. A tan sleeper sofa along with two square rattan poufs are centered in the living area on a large 55-inch flat screen smart TV.

Just off the living space lies the fully stocked kitchen and white shiplapped island ideal for preparing a scrumptious family meal. An upscale dining suite with six sturdy chairs is located adjacent to the kitchen for convenience.

The spacious master bedroom just around the corner features a plush king bed with a tropical theme, charming plantation shutters, a slider to the balcony, and a flat screen TV. A rustic hanging barn door will lead you from this room to the master bath which offers a combination shower/tub.

The other side of this gorgeous villa boasts the guest bedroom featuring a palm design queen bed attached to a wicker headboard. The laundry area is also located off of this room. Across the hall is the second full bathroom offering another combination shower/tub.

A glass slider will guide the way from the living area to the rectangular porch with a magnificent side ocean view. This covered lanai offers a dining table seating four fitting for a morning enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the glorious sunrise.

Amelia Island Beach
The unit was clean. It is dated from being used, but that is to be expected for the price. The master bathroom has a strange lock system that makes it hard to get in and out without hitting your body on it. The pool was clean. There are no beach towels, but we brought our own. Check in and out was easy. There is only one spatula and no pizza pan. Air/Heat are easy to operate. Plenty of Toilet Paper and Paper Towels. Need to bring extra trash bags for extended stays. Bathroom toilet is one you have to hold to flush. Nothing is bad about this unit. Just things that might make your stay a little easier if you are in the know. :) Thanks for helping us have a good vacation.

Our family of 6 enjoyed our time at this Sand Dollar Villa. Check-in was simple, and management was readily available. My personal opinion is that this unit is more suitable for a family of four. The sleeper sofa had a sheet of plywood to improve the comfortability when sitting, however it had to be removed to access the sleeper portion which has seen its better days. Management did offer to send someone to look at it, which was appreciated but declined on our part. We purchased an air mattress for our stay. We enjoyed the ocean view, proximity to everything, and the family friendly atmosphere.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property managers called to check on us and texted us often to ensure everything was going well with our stay. We did have a small issue with the air conditioning and maintenance arrived in under an hour and promptly fixed the issue. We would definitely stay here again!

Unit was very clean, beautiful sunrise from balcony. We went during a cold front so we’re unable to use pool. Easy ocean access. Would be perfect for a couple or couple with two kids. Elevator and in unit washer and dryer were nice amenities. Mattress and pillows very comfortable. Overall great stay!

This is a very nice unit in a great location. Easy to get everywhere. The unit is well stocked and very clean. We had a few issues. We were going to run the dishwasher the evening before leaving, but we couldn't close the dishwasher door. The primary bath doesn't drain when showering. We let the management company know about the issues and they were going to take care of the items. The primary bed wasn't very comfortable - it may need to be replaced soon. One recommendation: label the TV remote controls and add instructions to you notebook on how to use all the remote controls. We eventually figured them out, but it was frustrating. Overall we were very happy with the unit.

Perfect stay at a perfect spot!
We have come to Fernandina beach many times and decided to come back for a last minute vacation at sandollar villas. The place was perfect! Great location to the beach, beautiful sleeping arrangements and great porch! We prefer to cook and had everything we needed. We were so sad to leave. Everyone staying there both guests and residents are extremely kind and welcoming! The reality company is so quick to respond to all calls and emails. We will be back next year but hopefully longer!

We went for an anniversary trip. The condo is decorated beautifully. The property has a large well maintained pool. It was a very family oriented environment. The beach was not crowded and the property was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed ourselves and would return to this condo.

Love the island, people so nice & everyone is laid back. Only problem was for the cleaning fee amount was only clean on the surface, a lot of dust under & behind furniture, also empty liquor bottle behind sofa. For the cleaning fees, we expected it to be clean! Oh the sheet on sofa was very dirty, glad we took our own bed linens. We’ll definitely be back. Next time I won’t be using this booking site, for the fees are outrageous!!!
