You'll even enjoy ocean views from your very own private balcony! A variety of beach gear, chairs, boogie boards, and toys are provided for use during your stay. You'll love the added privacy of the townhome's row-end location within the complex.

Inside, you'll find all the home essentials for carefree comfort and convenience including a full kitchen, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. Smart TVs and free WiFi are equipped for entertainment and work-from-home needs. The updated bedrooms will welcome you and your guests to a restful night's sleep.

The recently re-done Jacksonville Beach Golf Course offers a great public golf option less than three miles up the road. You can also take on the famed 17 island green at TPC Sawgrass, just six miles south. The Jacksonville Beach Fishing Pier is two miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
