This spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms only one shower offers ample space for everyone, ensuring a comfortable stay that feels just like home. Along with plenty parking. Come enjoy this lovely beach house. Located in the heart of jax beach. Convenience at its best with restaurants, Bars and many other local attractions only blocks away. There are TWO flights of stairs throughout the unit. One to initially enter the unit up to the 2nd level living area. Another to access the bedrooms.

Family fun

August stay
The home was lovely! No issues and advertised as such. Parking under the carport was a big plus, as we had little ones who are much better managed closer to the unit off the street. Our older daughter stopped over for dinner and found the place easily and liked the separate sleeping/lounging areas so we could hang out later in the evening. Great setup and we will definitely book in the future!

Comfy and close to the beach
We slept really well here because of the super comfortable beds, excellent A/C, and quiet neighborhood. Only 1.5 blocks from the ocean, it's a very easy walk and there's a lifeguard stationed right there. All essential beach items are provided (towels, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, shovels/buckets, AND a wagon to carry it all), and the outdoor shower worked great. Kitchen and bathrooms are well-outfitted, and the washer/dryer and laundry detergent sure came in handy. We enjoyed catching up on the Olympics and our favorite shows on the large TV in the living room. Highly recommend this property!

Great place. Would stay here again.
Highly recommend for a family of 4 or so who also might want to bring a pet. Was just as advertised. Very clean, well stocked and all of the appliances and AC worked well. We had a small problem with the electronic lock when we first got there and the property manager, Karina, came over in about 5 minutes and fixed the problem. Also is only about one block from the beach and is very centrally located. So yes would stay there again.
