Beautiful remodeled studio condo 2nd floor 2 min walk to ocean! We have beach chairs, umbrella and towels.
We are 15 min to Mayo clinic. Kings size bed with a pull-out sofa. Nice and quite gated location!
No RV, Motorcycle, boat or trailer parking aloud.

quaint stay in Ponte Vedra
excellent locztion, good size for just 2 people . All was good . Need a latch on sliding balcony door but all else was wonderful . would stay there again.

Family Visit
We stayed at the condo while visiting our family. Our grandson stayed with us a couple of nights and it was so great being able to walk across a parking lot to be at the beach. We really enjoyed our time.

Everything was as described we were very happy with our stay. The host was accommodating and responsive to any requests we made. We would gladly stay again. I would, as someone else suggested, a reading lamp at the bed.

Spring Break Trip
We had a wonderful time on this trip! I was able to find this beautiful studio condo last minute. The room was so spacious and wonderfully updated. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. The surrounding buildings/houses in the gated neighborhood were all so beautiful. I will keep this place saved for future trips.

Easy Beach Access
We needed an extra space for two of our family members over Memorial Day weekend, and this was perfect. It did not feel small. Easy access to the beach meant that they didn't need to wait on the rest of us to go have fun.

Loved this studio!
This is an extremely well appointed studio in a really nice location! The condo was very clean and absolutely had everything we needed! There was three of us in the condo and it was more than enough room. Absolutely love that it was so easy to get to everything in town, but far enough away that we were not in the busyness of the city. Getting to the beach was a very short walk across the parking lot. Excellent stay-- not only for the money I spent, but just in general!! Definitely will stay there again.

This property was clean and efficient, conveniently located near the beach. What would be helpful to make this more enjoyable would be a dining room table, another bedside lamp, a rearrangement of the furniture so you can watch TV from bed, and a pastel paint job which would lighten up the room.

Brought my 70+/- yr old mom for an Atlantic beach get away. From start to finish, accommodations did not disappoint. Weather on the other hand was hit or miss. Beautiful clean property with a host who ws even better. A++ be sure to go to Trasca & Co and ask for Zack. Tell him Nash sent you for a free beer.

Perfect!
Wonderful location steps from the beach in a secure community! This studio was perfect for my husband and I while we were visiting our family who live nearby. Our grandchildren were able to come and enjoy the private beach with us. The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. We enjoyed breakfast there in the morning and were on the go all day! Comfortable king size bed, easy check-in and the host responded very quickly to us when we requested that our son be granted access at the gate to visit us.Thank you ! We are already planning our next stay there!

Very clean condo but chilly and dark. We had a problem unlocking the door for a couple of days. The heat was not adequate until we found the emergency heat. The lighting inside was poor for us older folks. The shower door did not slide. Otherwise very nice and a great location. The beach was beautiful!

Beach 5 min walk
I went with my wife for Labor Day weekend. The apartment is ok but if you want to sleep late it has transparent curtains so light goes thru. The balcony and window was dirty and the coffee maker has not been cleaned in a while. To turn the light off you have to walk across the room because it does not have a lamp beside the bed. The good thing it has everything you need for your stay. Beach is a 5 minute walk. Bring food because everything is at least 15 minute drive. We enjoyed the people because it is a peaceful neighborhood.
