The Terraces at Beachside sits at Main Beach which offers a unique park-like setting, complete with a volley ball court, covered picnic areas and barbecue grills for your convenience and two new restaurants within steps of condo. The Terraces at Beachside is only 2 miles from Historic downtown Fernandina offering many unique shopping and dining experiences! The Terraces at Beachside is a quiet and cozy accommodation with only 15 units total. For the most in comfort and security there are interior halls complete with elevator service and covered parking lots. We absolutely loved this condo! So convenient to everything and all the amenities we needed for a week on the beach. Parking was great, beach storage in the parking garage, full kitchen, two bathrooms, great layout, a balcony, and best of all a little writing nook. Such a wonderful place... I never wanted to leave!

Had a great couple days at the condo. Loved the location and accommodations. Great responses from the owner. Cleanliness was very good except sand in both bathroom floors. Water in smal bath shower could not be completely shut off. Small drip. Enjoyed our stay!!

2024 Vacation
This is the second time my husband and I have stayed in this condo. Always clean and quiet! We have no complaints and will definitely book again in the future. Short walk to the beach and the restaurant attached is a very nice place to eat. ❤️

Our first time visiting Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach. It was perfect! Great weather, low crowds, perfect location, and Sarah was so easy to work with. Loved how close the parking was to condo and beach access. Would definitely book again. Can’t wait for our next visit!
