Classic beach cottage with modern finishes and amenities. Located on 1st Street this duplex property is located just across from the 7th Avenue South beach access. This ground floor units boasts modern and comfortable furnishings. The upstairs unit is also available to be combined if you need a larger rental. Large outdoor area provides seating and plenty of room for family games.

This property was built in 1939 originally as a boarding house, but has been completed renovated and updated for 2022 creating a 3 bedroom home perfect for family gatherings. Bright, clean and modern and just across the street from the beach access.

The convenience of the location of this property enables you to enjoy all that Jax Beach has to offer within walking distance! There are many restaurants and bars in the area including Eleven South, a great restaurant very popular with the locals!

The unit upstairs (Mermaid II) is also available to rent in conjunction with this unit giving you a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 baths.

Wonderful beach house!
This house fit our needs for our stay perfectly! The location was wonderful, despite some construction going on in the area. Our trip was mostly over the weekend while they weren’t working, and honestly it made the house feel more private since there wasn’t a lot of traffic going through. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable and adorable. Would definitely recommend!

A long weekend at the beach!
The house is a great size for a family of 5 or less. Just steps from the beach and about 10 mins drive from shops and restaurants the experience was great! We will be back.

We required to stay in or near Mayo following surgery for five weeks. The location was convenient for multiple follow-up appointments at Mayo & also for shopping & dining. Being next to the beach was very relaxing & having our Golden Retriever made it even more so.
