We believe that you will feel right at home in our bungalow. The backyard will feel like an oasis with a comfortable conversation set situation under a covered pergola-it's a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. On cooler nights, enjoy a cozy fire outside. With large screen TVs in the living room and the second master bedroom guests can watch two separate shows at one time. We also provide guests with high speed wifi throughout the home. The main master bedroom has a comfortable queen memory foam mattress which will help you rest up from a long day at the beach. The main master has a double headed shower which makes getting ready a breeze. The second master makes it easy for multiple couples to stay in the house together comfortably. There is a queen memory foam mattress in the second master. The third bedroom has a queen queen memory foam mattress and is right next to the third bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress as well and is located next to the kitchen.

The property was clean, roomy and a delight to enjoy. The property owner went above and beyond, with included complementary toiletries and K-cups for the Keurig. They had an abundant amount of beach chairs and toys, which added an extra element of comfort for our yearly beach vacation. 10/10 recommended!

This AirBnb was fully stocked and was in such a great location. It was so nice to be able to leave and not have to do any cleanup procedures. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay
This place was perfect for our boys trip for golf. 4 queen beds and 3 bathrooms was great. Beds are comfortable, the shower in the master had dueling shower heads and excellent water pressure! Very nice after a day on the golf course! Would definitely stay here again!

Navy Retirement Festivities
The property was great to come back to after a day of non-stop activities, and close to the Mayport Naval Station for getting to our son's retirement ceremony, the main purpose of all family being in town. The home accommodated 5 adults quite nicely. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

This property was perfect for our trip to celebrate our daughter's graduation. Quiet neighborhood, updated interior and very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. There were also bicycles and beach gear, but we did not have time to enjoy those. Would definitely stay again.

The house was very clean and close to restaurants. It was close to the beach but not 4 miles as stated. I only hate that it was nowhere for 17 and 18 year olds to go.

Long weekend stay in Jax
We very much enjoyed our stay. Sheralee was awesome. We were coming in for an event and she checked the distance and gave us great recommendations. Also, I inadvertently booked a hotel for the wrong night and she let us check in for an extra night at a VERY short notice. Very accommodating. All you need is at the house for a lovely stay.

So we enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was nice and neat and clean. Kitchen was nicely furnished, and we loved all the little extras that our hostess put around. The porch was lovely and our beds were quite comfortable. The ice maker was a nice touch. Plenty of room and great location. 😊 Suggestion? Pull switch for ceiling fans and ant beds in front yard need to be treated. Overall 9.5 out of 10😊

In town for wedding
Property was ideally suited for my family of 6 attending the wedding of a family member. It was nice having 3 bathrooms to use getting ready. The cost as opposed to three hotel rooms was attractive. The backyard is peaceful. I enjoyed having my coffee out back in the morning. Checkin was seamless. I received an email with all pertinent instructions. The home has a small manual with helpful information and restaurant recommendations. Overall pleasant experience.

The property was as advertised and in a good neighborhood, close to where we wanted to be. The only downside was the washing machine decided to break down on our first load. Absolutely no ones fault and we were offered to be reimbursed for the cost of laundromat visits.

We enjoyed the home to be all together in one place
We had 3 women and their 20 something agrd daughters for a weekend gathering and we had a great time visiting and all being in one location. The home was clean and was as shown in the pictures- no surprises there. The kitchen is not equipped very well if you intend to be doing much cooking but had plates and silverware etc for enough people. The beds were very firm so if you like a soft bed bring a foam topper! If you are staying with children this place is definitely for you as the supply of games and books etc was plentiful. I would recommend that the owners add a couple more chairs to kitchen table since the place sleeps so many and maybe a few more towels but overall a great location and easy access to get in and out! Definitely would consider staying here again.

Overall Great Time
Had a great stay at this property. My only complaint is that the air wasn't on when we got there, so it took a couple hours to cool off from the 86 degrees it started at. Thankfully we were able to just go to dinner while the house cooled down. Loved all the lizards crawling around and even had to chase one out of the house which was pretty funny. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Family wedding trip in Jacksonville, FL.
Lovely place, very clean. The only issues we had were with the folding doors that would constantly fall off the track, not enough bath hand towels and bath wash cloths for 8 adults. Also, there was not enough silverware in the kitchen for 8 people to eat a meal. Otherwise, fantastic place in a good location for a family to.stay while in Jacksonville.
