Stay 1/2 block from the ocean, you're close to restaurants, bars and night life. We are also only 5 miles from the Mayo Clinic. This home includes everything you might need to stay comfortably for days or weeks at a time! Just updated! New beds & new carpet!

This townhome provides ample space and ammenities for you and your family during your stay. Our home sleeps up to 7 comfortably; one king bed, and two full beds in one room. The first floor livingroom also includes a queen size sofa sleeper and we have a twin mattress that can be placed on the floor if needed. We have a laundry room, wifi and smart tv's in living room and both bedrooms. Private fully fenced in back yard includes a grill. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with all cookware and utensils, beach towels and chairs for your venture to the beach!

We are centrally located for easy access and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, stores and more! Our home offers 2 parking spaces directly in front of the townhome for convenience.

We are here if you need us and just a call away!

There are lots of options! Bike rentals and golf cart rentals are available which makes Jax Beach very accessible! There is also beach buggy a service that picks you up on a golf cart to go to restaurants. Ubers are always around as well.

We provide a starter set of Paper towels (1 roll), 3 rolls of TP per bathroom, if you are staying several days - Publix, Whole Foods and Walmart are nearby.

Location, location, location.
Just a short walk to the beach is almost as good as being ocean front.without the ocean front price. The place had everything we needed. The propane tank was empty, so I had to get it exchanged for a full tank. We used the grill a couple of times so it was worth it.

Perfect location
You can’t beat the location - a minute walk to the beach, a corner store nearby, and tons of restaurants in walking distance. The property was clean, but a little run down. Had all basic necessities. I would stay here again.

Very clean. Very short walk to beach with easy beach access.only issues were no ice maker, hard to adjust thermostat. Sofa very low difficult to get the for anyone with knee issues. Beds comfortable. Loved the shower there were plenty of towels provided. Need a new beach chair and mat, and no beach-umbrella. Overall would stay there again

Needs a little TLC
The place is old. The owner wasn’t very responsive. The keypad to enter is janky. We were locked out several times as it would just go blank for a couple of minutes. The ac unit is janky. It is close enough to the beach. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Location was amazing and house awesome. Loved the bedroom balcony. Had issue with door entry pad but was resolved with new batteries. Would recommend highly and would love to stay here again.

Great Location
One block to beautiful Jacksonville Beach! King bed was very comfortable. We did not use the second bedroom. Kitchen was nice with updated appliances. The seating in the living room needs to be replaced as it is worn, and the closet doors all need to be fixed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
