Sandy days and poolside nights are yours at this beautiful beach house! Enjoy this 4 bedroom 2 bathroom, pet friendly home just a mile from the beach. The house was recently renovated and has everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. You will have a spacious back yard with a HEATED pool to enjoy the cool nights and plenty of room inside for the whole family. Conveniently located near Atlantic and Neptune beach for some shopping and fun!

Single level house is built for entertaining and relaxing with a fantastic outdoor area, fully stocked kitchen, and a dedicated dining room. The home sleeps 10 guests across 4 bedrooms.

The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry pods for your use.

NO STREET PARKING! The driveway has space for two cars. Any cars parked in the street will be towed!

Please note - There is a $50 fee for an early check-in or late check-out if we are able to accommodate. We do not allow more than an hour early check-in or an more than an hour late check-out. Please inquire about early check-in or late check-out at the time of booking as cleanings are scheduled when the booking happens and cannot be re-scheduled.

I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It's up to you. If needed, I'm only a phone call/message away! You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Jax Beach has great local rental companies for golf carts and beach cruisers! Please let us know if you'd like recommendations!

Street parking is not allowed in this residence for short term rentals however we do have space for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway and garage.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets. Please ask about pets before booking.

Enjoyed our stay.
Good location and the decent house. Few things need to be repaired, master bathroom door would not close and the second shower head didn't work. Other then that its a nice house and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Place
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. Our 2 grandkids loved the pool and the bunk beds. We enjoyed the quiet setting and it was close to the beach. Enjoyed the many chairs around the pool and the outdoor dining table in the shade. We would stay here again!

Great place to stay near the beach
Property is as described. Was a little tough getting in after dark as there was not a lot of light and the electronic lock is small. Other than that the house was terrific. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay including getting to use the heated pool which was really nice addition.

Much Needed Time Away
We had such an amazing stay, it was a sad day when we left, lol. This home was accommodating, immaculate, inviting, and super relaxing. The location is superb, exactly one mile from the beach. Rating 10/10, will definitely be rebooking another stay. The host was very attentive in that they checked in daily to ensure our stay was nothing short of stellar. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves, as were our faithful canine companions.

Nice place looks just like pics- great location
We had a good time here w the family. Nice kitchen space. Nice master bath with multiple shower heads which the kids loved. Pool heated up and the kids loved as well. I was able to run to beach in 15 min. Great communication w property owner. If you like what you see in the pics, you will enjoy the house.

Our overall stay was great, but we keep getting contacted by the property manager saying we had cars in the street, none of which were ours. My contract also had an 11 am checkout and the morning of we were told to leave by 10 am, which was not correct.
