This property was absolutely perfect! It felt even bigger than the pictures portrayed. It is a beautiful house and neighborhood as well. It was the perfect place for an idyllic vacation. I most definitely recommend and can see myself staying here again in the future!

BEAUTIFUL HOME!
We would highly recommend La Casa de Blues! Beautiful home with space for many. We had 3 adult couples staying. Everyone had their own private bedroom AND bathroom with space for more. The area was so nice and just a short easy drive to EverBank Stadium. If needing to be in the Jacksonville area, we will definitely look to reserve this home again!

Wedding Weekend Success
This house was perfect for our family wedding that took place at The Glass Factory! Close in proximity to the airport, coffee, shops, restaurants, and the venue itself! The property manager was so wonderful to work with - he answered all questions promptly and was very helpful with information about the area.

Great Location!
The house was perfect for our family’s quick weekend getaway to see a football game at the TIAA Bank Field. The stadium was only about a mile and a half away. The house was beautiful and very clean. Sam (the host) was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The whole family enjoyed their stay!

Great property!
We came in town for a football game and New Years Eve. I found this house just searching and we were pleasantly surprised with the location since we weren't familiar with it. The house is exactly as advertised and great for a group of friends. We walked through the neighborhood and were greeted by home owners who were very welcoming. There is a great restaurant a short walk away that we highly recommend named Uptown Kitchen Jacksonville. Communication was easy and we are already planning to book this house again.

Great for families, we brought kids, newborns and grandparents and there was a room perfect for W everyone. Fully furnished and stocked to host more than an any hotel. Forget parking lots and inconvenient amenities out of reach to average customer. This home has it all and more. All technology and appliances are up to date. The host was only a Vrbo message away and very responsive. Overall five star experience without the cost of multiple rooms at a high end hotel.

This was a great spot for attending any event downtown. It’s just minutes away from Vystar Arena and Jaguars home stadium but the neighborhood is very quiet so you’d never now you were that close. Samvel was extremely attentive and very easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend!!!!

Loved how the designer of this home maintained the historic beauty and integrity of this home with renovations and updates. Lots of space. Was perfect for a family of five which included 3 teenagers. Kitchen was resourceful. Quiet neighborhood. There was an ice cream shop and food truck park that had live entertainment within walking distance. Short drive to downtown.

Perfect house for groups of people and near lots of activities
I booked this trip for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and the house was near perfect . The chandelier and kitchen alone sold me and it looked even better in person. All of the rooms were clean, beautiful and cozy. The house location itself is in a downtown neighborhood that is only minutes away from great restaurants (we recommend Crispy’s and the happy grilled cheese) , there is also so much to do in the area for entertainment as well . The owner of the property was quick to respond and super helpful and understanding to our needs , thank you! Needless to say we left more than satisfied and I am ready to book with the owner again !

Awesome!
This was our first experience of renting a vacational rental, and it was great. The house was super clean, and had everything we needed for a family of 9 (with 3 kids). The only issue we had was that the first night was that the temperature in the house was a little too cold for us (the A/C is set to a certain temperature), so we contacted the host and he was super fast to reply and solve our problem. Other than that we had no issues, we surely look forward coming back someday.
