Old style apartment/condo - the good and bad
The apartment has plenty of good parking (follow all the great advice on the listing). Easy to get to but the street it is on can get a little busy so be careful pulling in/out of spaces. That busy street can create a lot of noise that is out of control of the owner. Guessing older windows let in the sound. Unfortunately, the street noise wasn't the sounds that made the stay a little worse. Upstairs, above the unit was a family with small children. Children who loved to run and jump as children do. Not the kids' fault but not great for relaxing. I feel awful as I did the same thing in my grandparents' condo on the second floor and would love to apologize to their neighbors below for my child activities above them. The unit was immaculately clean, well stocked for necessary items, the filled filtered water pitcher in the fridge was a very welcome touch.

Just a few blocks from some really cool bars and restaurants. The place is charming. Old style crystal doorknobs, etc. the property manager is super helpful. Would recommend.

Clean and Comfortable Cozy Apartment
Safe and convenient location to Avondale, Riverside, and downtown Jacksonville. Super CLEAN, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, linen and couches. Bathroom towels are thick and plush. Small con is you can hear the people walking on the hardwood floors in the apartment above, so ear plugs are helpful at night if that would be a bother. Otherwise, very happy with this stay, would rent again.

Great place to stay in Jacksonville as long as you have a car. Quiet neighborhood. Biggest plus: not far from the Cummer Museum which is gorgeous, has some great art, and beautiful gardens along the river. Rental had everything we needed and Theresa was very respoonsive..

This property was the most clean I have stayed in. The location is safe for walking to restaurants, St Vincent,s and the river. St Vincent's and the river are a four minute walk. The layout is very convenient and the building is very quiet. Parking is close but on a Sunday there were options. I was able to park my medium size SUV with no problem. If I need to go back to St. Vincent's for a early morning appointment, I will stay here first.

Our visit started at 3 am. Theresa met our 3 am call with grace, a caring tone, and hospitality. Thank you Theresa. The one bedroom apartment was everything described. Very clean and welcoming. Snacks and coffee in the kitchen and lovely hygiene items in the bathroom. Our Son reports that the fold out mattress is amazing!!!! He wished to carry it home! I hope everyone enjoys their stay as much as us Weary Travelers have.

Nice decorated place. Nice sitting furniture. Was even able to take a brief nap. Many rentals have stuff that is not relaxing friendly. Able to entertain a couple of friends before heading to dinner. Reserved parking spot is small so beware if you have a large vehicle or pickup truck—you’ll have to park on street.

It was a very nice apartment in a beautiful area, near established turn-of-the-century homes, nice restaurants and antique shops. Well decorated and cheery. Exceptionally convenient parking. A few necessary toiletries were provided, as well as a pod machine and coffee pods. The bed was enormous, and was comfortable, although it seemed to slope back so your feet felt higher than your head. All in all, a very wonderful find. Highly recommended.

Convenient neighborhood - close to good food and fun shopping near 5 points!! Close groceries, comfortable bed, good coffee and responsive host. I would stay again. We came for a procedure at Mayo and even though the house was on the opposite side of the river, the drive was only 20 minutes.
