Enjoy a spacious master suite with en suite bathroom, a cozy second bedroom, a den with a bunk bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony. Situated in Jacksonville's newest, most exclusive complex, you'll have access to a pool, gym, clubhouse, and meeting rooms. Just minutes from the Mayo Clinic, UNF, beaches, shops, and restaurants, it's the ideal retreat. Book your JAX escape today!

The property will be stocked with basic toiletries, bed linens, kitchen necessities, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc.

After booking, you will receive a renters agreement via email to sign and there will be a security hold of $150.00 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay.

Note: the pet fee ($150) is PER PET up to Maximum of 1 allowed pet(s)!

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

New baby
We rented beachy bliss for a week vacation in Florida to see a new baby in the family. Everything you could want was provided in the unit. It was wonderfully decorated and it felt like home. They have thought of everything and we will definitely rent it again when in town!
