Newly remodeled! Beautiful 3,000 square foot 5 bedroom pet friendly beach house. Only a few minutes drive to the beach (1.2 miles) and close to Mayo Clinic (5.2 miles). Outdoor area is the real highlight of this property. Heated saltwater pool, spa, grilling area, outdoor dining and sitting area are all fully screened. A new putting green, fire pit, pergola table seating to enjoy your meals outdoors. Lounge in the pool and watch your favorite shows on the outdoor TV. When the sun goes down, move on into your own game room with ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard and Smart TV with Roku. Bunk room comes with PS5 for you to enjoy with games: Marvel's Spider-Man: Mile Morales; It Takes Two; Madden NFL 23; and NBA 2K23.

Beautiful 3,000 square foot 5 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home located in one of the rare, wooded neighborhoods remaining in Jacksonville Beach. Only a few minutes drive to the beach (1.2 miles) and close to Mayo Clinic (5.2 miles). Enjoy the privacy and quiet in this upscale residential neighborhood situated on a dead-end cul-de-sac. Recently remodeled chefs kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, wine and beverage cooler. All the necessary cookware is provided including toaster, blender, mixer, Keurig and standard coffee makers. Also enjoy the recent remodeled primary bathroom completely covered in imported glass tiles with 2 person jetted tub. You will feel like you are in a spa! Outdoor area is the real highlight of this property. Heated saltwater pool, spa, grilling area, outdoor dining and sitting area are all fully screened. When other vacationers are being bothered by our seasonal pesky mosquitos, you will remain comfortable and bite free. Lounge in the pool and watch your favorite shows on the outdoor TV. Waterproof bluetooth speakers are also provided. It's so comfortable and relaxing many of our guests choose to stay at the home versus going to the beach. When the sun goes down, move on into your own game room with ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard and Smart TV with Roku. Open living room with gas fireplace and expansive view of outdoor area. Large smart TVs with cable service are in living room, primary bedroom, outdoor patio and guest bedroom with king bed. Hi speed internet also provided.

POOL HEATER WINTER MONTHS
The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature remains above the 45–50ºF range. When we experience lows below 45º, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45º, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

This home is paradise!!! My family loved everything about it inside and out. We had a great time dining at the outdoor table, using the pool n spa, sitting around the fire pit and using the pool and shuffleboard tables. For us, it was all about the hang for our family in a beautiful oasis ❤️😎❤️

The hosts thought of everything to make our stay fantastic, right down to hand soap, laundry detergent, and salt & pepper! There are plenty of cooking and baking supplies/pans and utensils, fluffy towels, comfy beds, plenty of pillows, pool towels, beach supplies, grilling area, solo stove & games. Wonderful hosts with great communication! Worth every penny.

Amazing getaway
We had a wonderful time! The property is really nice, offers everything we were looking for and plenty of choices to relax between pool, spa and game room. Super well kept and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay there again, should the opportunity arise. It was great!

Rented this as a staycation during spring break. Lots to do on site and close to everything. Check in was so easy and carefree. Got a late check out which was very easy to communicate with property management. Timely response. Bikes made it easy to get to and from the beach, restaurants and near by.

We booked this house for a small dinner gathering after returning home from a destination wedding. The house was absolutely gorgeous, and we very much enjoyed our stay. Great Family Getaway Spot
We had 7 adults and 4 kids in our group. There was plenty of room for all of us and our request for an extra pack n play was accommodated with ease. Everything was labeled and relatively easy to find. There was ample fridge space and everything we needed to prepare meals. The game room was great for a windy/rainy day and evenings. It has all we could need for a trip to the beach as well. Highly recommend this property.

Awesome House!
Family get together to visit with my granddaughter at UNF! We had 6 adults and 2 teenagers. Plenty of room for us all to be together without ever feeling crowded. Round dining table sits 8 very comfortably and is gorgeous. Living room had spacious, comfortable furniture and a giant tv. Kitchen was very well stocked with nice dishes, glasses, etc. All the amenities were as listed, working and clean! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!

Destination Wedding
We have been planning our son’s destination wedding for more than year, and booking a home away from home was the first task. From the moment we arrived to the last time we closed the door, our stay was beyond perfect. There was not one thing we needed that we did not find. The garage was equipped nicely with a shuffleboard table, a pool table, ping pong, and a golf arcade game. The amenities were plentiful, and the check in/ check out process was very easy. We highly recommend this property and will return if we ever need accommodations in Jacksonville Beach again. Five stars!!

Fantastic Home & Vacation
Loved my stay at this home in Aug. The home is beautiful, plenty big for large families though I was there with a friend. The kitchen has everything you want. The backyard enclosed with the pool felt like you were on your own island. Mike the owner and his staff were just great at answering any questions or concerns. The property is very close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. I can't say enough, had a wonderful time and if I was going to rent a beach home in the future this would be my choice because I can't think of anything it didn't have that I would want. Thanks Mike and Staff for making our stay so great.
