Escape to our two-bedroom, two full bathroom, beachfront condominium in the Sand Dollar Villas located in the center of beautiful Amelia Island. Start your day with coffee on our balcony with a perfect view to enjoy the sun rising over the Atlantic Ocean. Take a short stroll down a private boardwalk to spend the morning on a quiet section of shoreline or enjoy a dip in the Villas’ private saltwater pool. Walk across the street to The Surf or down the beach to Sliders for lunch and to catch some live music. Freshen up back at the condo with our top-notch amenities before heading out on a short drive to historic downtown for shopping on Centre St, dinner at one of the many phenomenal restaurants and a taste of the local nightlife or to the Omni or Ritz Carlton for even more stellar dining options. End your day back at your beach home-away-from-home for a sound sleep before another adventure-filled day on our island! RRDP-000328-2021

The space
Our space features a beach vibe with coastal- themed photo art, shades of blue and gray and is pristinely crisp and clean. Our private balcony has a bar table and chairs to enjoy the ocean views. We have flat screen tv's with high speed wifi and cable, dreamy queen size beds, black out shades, ceiling fans in each room, brand new furniture throughout, a full kitchen with all cooking necessities, coffee maker, keurig, full bathrooms with toiletries and towels, in-suite washer and dryer, beach chairs, and beach towels; all to ensure you'll love every inch of your beach home-away-from-home.

No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. No pets allowed. Total number of guests is 4 which includes children.
Up to two parking spots are available on a first come first serve basis with parking passes which can be found within the unit

Great ocean view condo!
I selected this condo after a lot of viewing. The price, location and view were all combined for a great vacation. I surprised my Mom with a beach condo versus a hotel and she loved it. Fantastic pool and almost private ocean/beach. You can walk to the Surf to eat. Condo was well maintained and had everything we needed. Do not hesitate to book this! We will be back!

We enjoyed a convenient location to the beach just right down the private boardwalk… and across the street from a great walking/bike path. The property was well-decorated, host super helpful and responsive. We had everything we needed.

Great Amelia Island Getaway
The property was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Right on a quiet beautiful stretch of beach as advertised. It was quiet, peaceful, and convenient to restaurants and all the sights and activities on the island. We really enjoyed our stay, Frank the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. If we get the opportunity we would gladly come again.

Our host, Frank, was extremely helpful! The unit's kitchen was extremely well stocked with necessities! The location was perfect! The only suggestions i would make to bump this unit up from good to absolutely perfect would be to leave more wash clothes/towels and to invest in new mattresses. Also, replace queen in the master with a king!

Lovely location for a family visit
Lovely space, comfortable, well-appointed, and welcoming for our mother-son adventure! Just as described, we needed to only bring good, drink and ourselves! Everything else was provided! Beach is stunning, spacious and walk/run friendly! Owners communicated quickly & were very friendly thru booking & our stay. The pool was beautiful but COLD! I would recommend staying in this condo!

Awesome condo
The condo was just as described. It was very clean and tidy. The beach chairs and umbrellas kept us from packing more things. The walk to the beach is easy and I enjoyed my coffee watching the sunrise each morning. We will definitely stay again!

Frank was the best host. Very responsive! Condo in great location—- near downtown, and the Ritz. The condo was well appointed with everything you would need for a great beach vacation! The 2 bed 2 bath was more than enough room for the annual girls getaway. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you much for a great weekend!

Nice, clean condo
We really enjoyed this condo and the area. The condo was clean. You can tell the owner has been doing some updating. There are a few things that still need updating, but what’s been done is nice and helps it feel clean. The owner was quick to respond with the one issue we had (which was out of the owner’s control) He resolved the issue in a timely manner. The complex was nice and well taken care of. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We hope to come back soon.

Fantastic, perfect!
I can’t even begin to describe how great this visit was. Frank was very thoughtful in this setup and attentive to our every need, if it were to come up. Loved the location, the condo was absolutely immaculate. We felt at home and didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I don’t have one single negative thing to say! Frank thought of everything!
This was hands down my best VRBO experience. The condo was clean, well decorated and so many little extras! The beds were extremely comfortable (I meant to take a pic of the mattress lol). Our group rented 6 condos at Sand Dollar Villas and 202, was definitely the best. Frank went above and beyond to remedy our only issue (which was beyond his control). When we arrived the room was stocked with 1-2 days worth of toiletries, paper products, and coffee 🙌🏼. There were beach chairs and toys on the balcony and beach towels. The resort was super relaxed. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!
