Ocean Place is conveniently located next door to the world-class Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Spa. This recently renovated, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped condo is ready to host you for an unforgettable vacation.

This 4th floor condo offers all the comforts of home, with its completely stocked kitchen, new high-end king mattress for the master bedroom, new furnishings in the second bedroom offering a queen-size bed, two fully renovated bathrooms, and an open floor plan for hosting. The convertible loveseat in the living room offers additional sleeping accommodations if needed. Bed linens, bath towels and beach towels, as well as beach chairs, are provided for guests' convenience. The kitchen's recent upgrades will make it even more enjoyable during meal preparation.

Two gorgeous oceanfront community pool areas are accessible, both with boardwalks leading to the ocean. They provide plenty of chaise loungers to enjoy the Florida sun!

This condo delivers! It is even more beautiful than the photos,. Everything that you wanted was there for you! The instructions for television, check-out ,etc were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend!

Great Location!
This is my 2nd stay at this property! Love the location as I am a runner 🏃‍♀️ it’s a beautiful place to run and walk. I would suggest updating the comforter set in the Master as it is looking worn! The Kitchen was well stocked. Overall even with suggestion of updating comforter set I would give it a 5 and will return. Thank you for the nice gift of fudge for our anniversary! The chocolate popcorn was delicious! Thank you very much😊

Beach get away with husband and in-laws
My new husband and I brought my in laws, who are late 80s, to the beach. It was easy to accommodate their mobility limitations and they had fun. It was great to eat on the balcony, make coffee, watch movies and enjoy fun restaurants and tours.

Had great time on Amelia. Condo fine except for following: Master bedroom. Mattress / linens need to be replaced. No blanket!! Just a dated bedspread. Outside patio furniture inadequate and uncomfortable. No chaise to relax/ read. Just hi top chairs which are difficult- All doors need to be wiped down and cleaned. Fingerprints and smudged. Just looks uncared for.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this particular property. The views, balcony and condo are exactly as described online. We did notice the property, grounds an pool were just not as clean and kept up as the last time. Someone mentioned a new management company had taken over. A few items in condo need work but overall we had a great time and will return!

Better than we had imagined
The overall property is one of the best we have experienced. The panoramic views from the balcony is the best. Excellent access to pool and beach. A sidewalk away from the Ritz where we enjoyed dinner, Sunday Brunch and its coffee bar. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

I booked this vacation not sure if I would be able to go because of my health and compromised immune system. The place was just as it was listed. I felt as comfortable with the cleanliness as if I was at my own house. I also wanted something that was peaceful and serene. The view was everything I expected and more. My family needed this vacation and this place didn’t disappoint. Side Note: I not my family used a lot of towels, but they were available.

Amazing ocean front view
Last minute trip to Jacksonville and we decided to stay at this property. It is a beautiful condo overlooking the ocean. The view from the balcony is amazing. And you have access to the balcony both from the living room and the master bedroom. Traci and her team were extremely easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. Check-in was simple as they provide an electronic code for the main gate as well as the door. And the personal card and little gift was a very nice gesture and greatly appreciated. The condo building is in a great location. Right next to the upscale Ritz Carlton hotel. In fact, you can even walk from the condo to the hotel without having to go to the main road. The entire area is very upscale with nice condos and homes. Easy access to the beach from the building. The condo is well furnished, clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Downtown Amelia Island is about 10 minutes drive. Would definitely recommend and stay again here.

Great view, excellent beds, plenty of dish soap, dishwasher tablets, shower soap, paper towels. Beach chairs and towels were in great shape. Comfortable furniture. Secondary bedroom could be made private (turned into en suite) by closing an extra door. There is a path to walk to the Ritz. Excellent beach for walking-if high tide there are inland paths. The code for the keyless entry was cumbersome. Would enjoy a code with digits from my phone #. Kitchen pots and pans need updating. Would like to see a dish drain. Only salt and pepper provided. No blender. If knives are not replaced, then a simple sharpener should be included. There are only 6 usable dinner plates. We initially came in after a storm and the patio high top table glass had shattered. Excellent clean up was the next morning. This needs to be replaced asap. We were not able to enjoy the deck as much as we should have due to reduced space on the high top. There are no instructions for the TV. Good Luck! On the last day, we did find a channel list in the secondary bedroom in a drawer.
