"Stay was a positive experience "

"The view was great. It was quiet and is a terrific location for traveling the area for hiking and leaf viewing. The place is like a rustic lake cabin. Dont expect modern finishes or furniture. Clean overall but some carpet stains. Really think they should tell you on the listing that you have to provide your own sheets and towels. I happened to see someone mention it in a review and checked with the owner ahead of our stay. Would hate to arrive after long journey and not have them."

"We have stayed at a ton of vacation homes over the years and this one is by far the nicest. It helps that it's brand new but it was just really well designed and well stocked. They thought of all the details like period products in the bathrooms and towels for the hot tub. They even have full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every shower. "If your idea of a weekend in NH leaf peeping is a quaint rustic cottage, this is it, with all creature comforts provided. Close to North Conway/Jackson Village attractions but out of the way of the hustle and bustle. This is definitely on our list for next year."
