"Had a nice stay in a cute little cabin in the woods. Only downside I would say is the location, it’s literally a cabin in the woods. Not saying that’s a bad thing, at certain times of the year you may need a 4x4 vehicle to get in and out. We had a little Prius and the roads were a little muddy. Otherwise nothing but great things to say, would return in the future.. would highly recommend the giant state park restaurant, get the chicken!!! Also the iron whisk for a nice breakfast spot. "

"Very cozy, comfortable beds, great hot tub, easy to get to several wineries from here.There were 5 adult women & I don't think you would want anymore people than that since the living room area is pretty small. Hot tub & back deck with the fire pit & couches was great. Bring eye mask if you like to sleep in because rooms do get sunny. Pictures make it look like it is secluded but there are other cabins next door & it is at the front of a golf course. "

"Nice little cabin conveniently located near Carbondale. Also close to Giant City National Park and lodge as well as many of the wineries in the area. Cabin was very clean and near perfect size for a couple or small family. Just was easy to communicate with and had no problem dealing with him."

"If you’re looking for a comfortable, relaxing place to stay, look no further! This cute home located right next to Shawnee National Forest was the perfect weekend getaway for us and our dogs. The house is back in the woods with over 8 acres to explore. And the stars at night were incredible! Everything was very clean and our host provided bottled water and had all the makings for coffee. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit!"
