"Likes: 1. Comfortable bed 2. 3 Nice Jacuzzis 3. Very convenient down town location 2/3 blocks from the beach. Dislikes: 1. Room needs a paint and rust stains in sink. 2. Nickle and dimes you; Charges for parking $30 Reais ( $ 7 dollars )and cannot pay with credit card also charged to use the Jacuzzi $ 10 reais ( $ 3 dollars) per hour. 3. Bathroom really really small. So/so: 1. Staff not to friendly but not overly rude either and failed to give me a receipt. 2. Breakfast has limited hot food...

"Caiu bastante a qualidade e variedade das opções do café da manhã, nos dois dias não tinha mamão, num deles o pão francês estava seco, a orelha de gato queimada, não houve reposição do queijo e os ovos mexidos não estava aprazível aos olhos. Longe do padrão de café de Chapecó, por exemplo."

"Excelente lugar en el centro de Criciuma , cerca de centros comerciales , comida, farmacias , universidades , supermercados todo se puede ir caminando. Excelente gerencia y personal. "

"What the pictures show about this property is not what I got. A cheap youth hostel would have been described as top deluxe compared with the room and the area of the hotel I got. In a word it was a shack. I would not recommend it to my enemy. I hope there is a place to add pictures or if you contact me by email I'll send them"

"The Room was very clean with a small shopping mall next to the property, service from check in to checkout was quick and professional. My only compliment: The Jacuzzi water temperature wasn't that hot and I had no clue how to change it but I was too wet and lazy to ask for assistance. "

"Horrible internet. Shower with low pressure. Refrigerator in the room didn't work. There was no parking at the hotel itself, which we were only told about at check-in. Very noisy room! In other words, a bad experience. We had two nights, we only stayed one."

"The staff and service were great. The room was old and stuck in the 80's at best. The window AC was old and falling apart. The floor tiles were worn out in some parts. There were patches of mud (dry wall compound) on some parts of the wall that were not even sanded. The bathroom had black mildew around the shower stall. The bathroom was a Jack and Jill, but one of the doors was very hard to close. The windows were original to the era, so lots of wind would sneak in and the room was cold. They...

"It is way out in the country 15 km from civilization. Individual cabins with fabric walls and roof. Common shower with an outdoor walk from the cabin. Very clean, very nice, very different. English not spoken. Horses, ATVs available to visit canyons, but most days the clouds are so low that visibility is poor, but the roads to get to the canyons by auto are worse than the visibility."

"It's a very old hotel, seems renovated in the end 80's, Staff were very friendly. Price was excellent for what you get. Need renovation? yes but cannot ask more for the price I paid. I thought I would not have warm water and it had, the bathroom was clean, towels in good conditions, it will be my choice for my next stay in Torres."
