"We were traveling internationally and booked this property weeks in advance. The reservation was confirmed by VBRO. When we contacted the owner for check in instructions 1 hour prior to check in, he said he hadn't checked his email and never got our reservation. I am 85 and although I am still very spry, climbing the narrow tread stairs was scary. If I had not had help I could have never managed to carry my suitcase up 2 narrow flights of stairs."
