"Hospedei-me na suite Estoril. As instalações estão bem degradadas , com rachaduras nas paredes e pintura bem amarelada. A janela esta bem encrostada. O banheiro é encardido e minúsculo , com espelho todo descascando e chuveiro elétrico de difícil regulagem. A TV é de 20", bem antiga e com imagem ruim. O sinal do WIFI é bem fraco.A varanda indicada nas fotos fica na garagem e não dentro do quarto, com circulação restrita se tem um carro guardado. A comida é normal , comparada a restaurantes...

"Staff was excellent, very attentive! Location of the hotel wasn’t the best. Halls were a little creepy since the light would turn on one by one as you walk by, like in a horror movie, breakfast was delicious, parking was paid, which is weird since it’s not a downtown location with limited parking… All in all a good bang for the buck."

"Property was advertised as having wifi. It turns out, the connection in the room was spotty and very slow when it did work. It was impossible to conduct my online meetings in the hotel during my stay. I complaint at the reception and discussed the situation with Expedia. I checked out after two of the 5 day stay. "O hotel é grande e tem várias opções de lazer - e o sistema All Inclusive é conveniente. Mas não é um lugar para aqueles que querem descansar - e que não tenham crianças. "My stay was wonderful, the entire team was helpful, helpful, and committed to making sure I had the best. I have several dietary restrictions and I was satisfied with all of them, with an incredible menu. Chef Cida attended to me personally and I tried dishes prepared with great refinement, delicious and beautiful. Those were happy days! Super recommendation and my place to return for sure. "White marble floors in the lobby. Staff eager to please. Quiet room (31) away from the sidewalk. My only criticism is that they need to replace the plastic flowers with live plants, and I suggest that they paint the faded room doors in baby blue. The hand rail going down from the second floor to the first floor (third to second, in the U.S.) needs to be secured. Overall, excellent value for the money, smack dab in the middle of town on top of the mountain."

"Gostamos de tudo no hotel, exceto a experiência no restaurante Vezzoso…. Nas últimas vezes que fomos, ele não era cobrado a parte e a qualidade era infinitamente superior… além de não nos terem informado no ato da reserva que tinha uma cobrança a parte, o fato de estar pior nos deixou bastante insatisfeitos (exemplo: desta vez tinha apenas 1 queijo…. Tudo bem que era grana padano, mas apenas 1 eu achei péssimo….. Da última vez que fomos tinha macarrão “ao vivo”, uma infinidade de queijos, e fomos atendidos por uma pessoa que nos apresentou todas as opções e fez questão que provássemos tudo, foi excelente. Dessa vez tínhamos reservado a sexta e o sábado, mas depois da experiência da sexta, cancelamos e não pretendemos voltar mais no restaurante. Foi triste e decepcionante."

"Escolhi este hotel por ser "pet friendly" e prometer um ambiente simples e natural, ideal para descanso e trabalho. Apesar das boas avaliações, me arrependi e saí em 24 horas. **Ambiente:** Linda natureza, mas falta de profissionalismo em alimentação, segurança, limpeza e manutenção. **Alimentação:** Restaurante fechado, apenas delivery de pizza ou lanche ruim. Refeições não recolhidas, sem opções durante a semana. **Acomodações:** Quarto mal limpo, sem amenidades básicas, poucas tomadas, cama desconfortável, sem Wi-Fi. **Higiene:** Quarto e banheiro sujos, com cabelos e insetos mortos. **Lazer:** Piscinas sujas e sem manutenção, áreas externas com dejetos de animais. **Restaurante:** Ambiente sujo com cachorros circulando entre mesas. **Segurança:** Fechadura quebrada, quarto vulnerável, me senti insegura. **Conclusão:** Local com potencial, mas falta de hospitalidade e profissionalismo comprometem o sucesso."
