We were able to hear everything what the outside people said at the car park next to the house. I really only went there on my way somewhere else. My flight arrived late at night and I didn't want to attempt to negotiate Uehonmachi station that late.

The booking reference was not appear at their system , they took too long for me to wait for just for check in. My booking was inclusive of breakfast , I was questioned and stopped because I do not have breakfast coupon, their system is bad.
