"The hotel needs to be upgraded. Some floors smell of smoke. The breakfast should have more options. The hotel is close to the Kansai airport which is nice. That is the only benefit. I would not stay here again."

I really only went there on my way somewhere else. My flight arrived late at night and I didn't want to attempt to negotiate Uehonmachi station that late.

The booking reference was not appear at their system , they took too long for me to wait for just for check in. My booking was inclusive of breakfast , I was questioned and stopped because I do not have breakfast coupon, their system is bad.
