"The room was a little outdated but the onsen was great! The outdoor 露天風呂was amazing, you can hear the sound of the waves and feel the sea breeze. Breakfast was delicious. "

"So the few things I did not like where the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, the onsen water was hot enough to burn me (the rock onsen at the bottom) and the pool closed SOOOO early that we didn’t get to experience it at all. I paid a lot of money for that hotel and then didn’t even get to experience the pool. But the staff was very accommodating and made great efforts to speak English to us. "

"サービスは素晴らしかったです。露天風呂も最高でした。部屋の窓から見えるパノラマビューの海も雄大で最高でした。ただ、一階のお土産売り場の稼働してなさが目立ちました。ここは是非、改善して欲しいです。高速のサービス売り場でのワクワク感が有れば、相当改善されると思いました。"

"Great ryokan, totally worth the trip to the area, lots to do between hiking out to the suspension bridge to soaking in seven different private onsens. The service was amazing and all meals were delicious, a must stay."

"チェックイン30分前に到着しましたが、スタッフの方に直ぐに対応していただきました。部屋は、源泉掛流し内風呂と源泉足湯テラスつきの部屋に宿泊しました。庭もきれいで、今年は幸いにも河津桜の開花が遅れており、ちょうど満開の時期に宿泊できました。男性大浴湯は、内風呂と２つの露天風呂があり、それぞれお湯の温度が変えてあり、湯守の方の配慮だと感じました。貸切り露天風呂では、川のせせらぎも聞こえてのんびりできました。食事は食堂個室で、おいしくいただき満足しました。料理のメインにはステーキを選択しました。ドリンクメニューで地酒飲み比べセットがありましたが、地酒で大吟醸飲み比べセットがあれば尚良かったです。部屋の寝室ベッドはゆったりくつろげました。廊下に置かれている３種類のアロマエキスを利用できました。お庭の散策時、一番奥の川沿いには、ホテルにより建立された温泉神社があり、温泉に対する真摯な配慮を感じました。スタッフの方は皆様明るく丁寧に対応いただき、サービスにも満足しました。"
