"I have stayed at this hotel several times and I have always been pleased. It is in a great location, literally at the heart of the city. Courteous staff. Valet parking if you are using their parking lot for a modest fee. I would definitely stay again at this property."

"We had a nice few days with my husband and mother. However, the adult pool needs cleaning and the food (snacks - ceviche) we ordered in the pool was not what we expected. Perhaps, it is the way they do that in Ixtapan. They exchanged it for another dish but it was not to our taste (meat of Pepito was not of good quality). Other than that, the staff were great. We had an extra bed brought in at no cost. Food in restaurant was great too. Perhaps check if there are still doing renovations when you go as the noise of the drill was a bothersome in the early afternoon when we ate there. It got solved when we moved to eat in the terrace, beautiful sights to the mountains and chant of birds. "
