Sunset is a beautiful 7 bedroom / 7.5 bath home that comfortably sleeps 24 guests or up to 26 guests with the assistance of a queen air mattress. We loved staying here with our family of 11 adults and 11 under the age of 7. It was terrific to have a pool in the backyard as well as the waterpark. Property is so close to the waterpark! Kitchen is completely stocked with need apppliances and many booster seats! We had a great time.

Great Getaway!
Such a great home with tons of room! The kids loved having the option to swim at home or play at the community water park, which was just across the street. We would, definitely, stay here again.

This house worked great for our family. Plenty of rooms/bathrooms for everyone and very clean. The grandkids loved their own pool and it was a quick walk over to the community pool and waterslides. Great communication with property manager. Would absolutely stay at this home again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our grandchildren loved the pool and had a great time. The dinner area was nice and big so everyone has a seat. We had a few minor issues but they sent someone out to fix the issues.

We took our whole family and all our grandchildren. There were 28 of us. We loved this house. It was such an awesome vacation. It was right across from the kids pools and the other pool was right behind us. The house was large and spacious. It was great to have all of us stay in one place. Great venue
We loved all the amenities and location near the water parks and pickle ball courts. We loved that this property had a small pool for the kids and others to enjoy without having to go to the nearby water parks. Everything worked and the quality of the property and furnishings was very good. It was well stocked with kitchen plates, utinsels, myriads of cooking "equipment". We highly recommend this property!!

Perfect amenities and location for a large family/group
Unit 96 is now a family favorite. We had an excellent time and hope to return next year. Easy access to pool(s), and Snow Canyon for outdoor adventuring. The unit is very comfortable, with everything you need. We didn't know there was a Black Stone outdoor grill, and ended up using it twice to make breakfast for the entire crew. Thanks Red Sands for the excellent accommodations!

Extremely comfortable home. Lots of room. Lots of bathrooms. Wonderful patios and balcony. Wonderful amenities. This was a great place for our group of 11 to relax and play. Plenty of room to gather or have alone time. Easy access to hiking, mountain biking. Paradise Village is one of our favorite places to stay and this home was perfect for our group.
