Located in the Northernmost corner of Paradise Village at Zion #3 with back patios, hot tub, private lawn (one other home shares) this home lets you spread out and never need to leave.

This incredibly spacious and comfortable vacation home features the most stunning and unobstructed views of Snow Canyon right from the private back patio. Take in the breathtaking surroundings while roasting marshmallows on the fire pit, soaking in the private hot tub, or BBQ'ing on the gas grill. This home can sleep up to 31 people between its spacious 6 bedrooms (each with a bathroom) and hosts 2 large living rooms with cozy seating. Family favorite amenities in this home include a pool table, Xbox and several board games - perfect for a game night!

After a day of exploring southern Utah or splashing at the resort pool, feed your hungry group in the well equipped, deluxe kitchen stocked with anything a chef may need. Enjoy your meal with company at the custom 16-person farmhouse table, the large 5 seat island, or at one of many patio seats. This home is well stocked and ready for any size gathering!

Perfect for a large family
We rented this property for a family vacation. There was ample sleeping accommodations for 10 adults and 8 children. The kitchen was well stocked, location and amenities, super. Easy check in and out.

Outdoor Family Fun
Great home! Plenty of room for our large family. We had room for all our kids, their spouses, and the grandkids. Very large dining room table gave us the chance to visit while having meals. Everyone loved all the outside amenities. Pools, hot tubs, water slides, and lazy river. Pickle ball was a hit, We highly recommend this property.

It was so nice to have a large enough space for it family! It is in a beautiful location and the amenities are fantastic: bikes, ping pong, pool, hot tub, and walking distance to pickleball courts and a fantastic pool.

House was good and pretty clean. Very spacious and lots of room. The pools are a lot of fun! The normal big pools need cleaned, so many leaves and junk at the bottom. Good neighborhood. The hot tub at the house did not work, even after the guy came to fix it. Other than that it was great!

We had our annual Thanksgiving Family get together here. Much smaller than we had planned but the house was perfect. Easy access and a wonderful location. The hot tub needed cleaning because we used it so much but we called and they had someone there within a few hours. Beautiful home with lots of room.

Nice place
We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and the kitchen was well stocked with needed utensils. There is only one fridge which is hard for large groups like ours but we made it work. The beds and bathrooms are great, but the carpet definitely needs cleaned/replaced as there are lots of stains and wear. We really did like the hot tub and the area, so overall it was great. Jut thought others might want to hear about the little things.

The hot tub was leaking and not maintained. When we arrived it was less than half filled and lots of dirt/rocks in the bottom. As well the coffee maker was working, but poorly. Aside from those issues the place was outstanding.

Our large family loved the 2-level layout and location of this home. Unfortunately, the home wasn't real clean. Carpets are old and dirty. Not what I would expect for the price we paid. Be sure to ask that the bike tires be pumped up and ready to go. With a deep cleaning and new carpet this place would be great!

Extremely nicely appointed; abundance of room; well equipped kitchen allowed us to easily prepare and serve meals to 14 people. Rooms are all nicely appointed and beds quite comfortable. Loved having the hot tub in the evenings. Appreciate the frequent automated emails and electronic access. Pool areas are nice, but our schedule was full and then weather turned cooler, so we didn't take advantage of. As has been stated in previous reviews (so would suggest these need to be addressed) there are many stains on the carpets - I'm sure a professional cleaner can easily lift these up - and all the pool cues are either cracked or missing tips or both. We really wanted to play every evening, but never used after the 1st night. Thank you for providing your home as a great gathering place for family!

Kind of disappointing
On the listing it has a pool which we were so excited for. When we got there, there was a hook labeled “pool key” and nothing was there. I contacted them twice and they would take like 6 hours to respond. Moral of the story, we never got the pool key which is super disappointing and it was very frustrating how they said they would keep me updated even though I was the one that had to reach out asking for any updates. Definitely won’t come here due to the lack of communication. They also have a lot of broken things that need fixing like the bikes. Only 6 out of the 9 actually work. Super excited for this trip but left pretty disappointed.
