"This was a great stay for a family, fully kitted house even with few toys for kids and barbecue to use as well as coffee machine. We felft very much at home there!! Only negative was our Polish neighbours that were increadibly noisy but that wasnt the host fault."

"A lovely complex that is wonderful for families. Everything was clean, the food was great (and the beer), and a wonderful playground that my toddler loved playing in. The room was big and comfy and clean. Great stay. "

"The property is located in a wonderful area in Slovakia, very quite, full of nature, very near to a lot of interesting places, very well equipped and the owner Mr. Ruud is very helpful and if you make a complain within few hours he will do everything to accommodate you. It was a wonderful experience and as we are regular users of Homeaway as we organised yearly holidays for the whole family this was one of the best experiences we ever had. "The stay was enjoyable overall, good food and nice place, clean kids area, very beautiful surroundings. However, we had a few issues. Our room was full of insects. Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room. The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area. The hair dryer was not functioning, so we had to pick up a replacement in the reception. I would expect a room service for this at least. Some minor things which were not expected in hotel in the 4*category and could be improved. Otherwise, we are satisfied with the stay."
