Our room had a bathroom, which we booked for so I was a bit surprised when they What’s App to say that they changed our room so we got one with bathroom. I’d check in with them via What’s App just to confirm what room was booked. They always promptly respond. Anne was beyond gracious!! Our breakfast every morning was stellar!...

"I stayed here for 2 days. Firstly, hotels.com forgot to send me late check-in instructions, which I emailed them about. The room was ok. The pillow was really uncomfortable. There is no lock on the room. Shower was ok. I wake up to construction noise in the morning. There is no proper kitchen and if someone is cooking you can smell it from your bed. "
