"Everything about this location was great, except for one detail… For first (3) days major construction occurred on nearby apartments within our building, starting early at 8:00 am loud tile cutting, so loud that you couldn’t carry on a conversation..Owner should have disclosed that information prior to our rental. Die Wohnung ist viel dunkler und zusammengewürfelt möbliert. Leider war die Wohnung wohl länger nicht gelüftet worden so dass es nicht sehr gut roch. Das Badezimmer ist neu und toll. "Great place right in the heart of central San Sebastián. Shopping is on your doorstep and the beach and Old Town within a 5 min walk. It was a bit of a pain having to go somewhere else to pick up the keys so check-in wasn’t great but the apartment itself was near perfect. "
