Nice appartment in Itter with terrace

Accommodation description:
this beautiful flat is located on the second floor and has two large balconies on different sides of the building. Always sunshine, therefore. The cosy living room and spacious kitchen are the heart of the flat. The bedrooms also make a wonderful day in Tyrol come to fruition.
Itter is a beautiful place to spend your holidays in any season

The ski slope and ski school are just located opposite the holiday flat, as well as the cross-country ski run which starts next to the house. The bus stop is in front of the house and Bistro & grocery shop is within 5 minutes walking distance.
The outdoor swimming pool of Itter is literally next door and invites you to take a refreshing summer bath. With the Hohe Salve Gästekarte (included), access to the swimming pool in summer is free. The card also offers many other advantages throughout the year. For example, the bus between Wörgl and Kitzbühel and the train between Wörgl and Hochfilzen are free. You will also receive discounts at various partner companies of the "Hohe Salve Gästekarte"
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Hohe Salve Gästekarte is included with stay from January to December

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung Itterblick sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist gemütlich und die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Hervorheben möchten wir auch die gute Qualität der Matratzen und der Kopfkissen. Die Lage ist ausserhalb und sehr ruhig. Leider öffnet das einzige Restaurant in Itter erst am 20.06.2024, so war es nicht möglich am Abend irgendwo zum Essen einzukehren. Die Betreuung durch Frau Petra Werlberger und auch durch die Besitzerin war hervorragend. Die Abwicklung über Villa for you war ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Wir können die Ferienwohnung und die Buchung über Villa for you mit bestem Gewissen empfehlen.

Eine tolle Winterwoche in Itter
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der geräumigen Ferienwohnung in Itter. Alles war gut vorbereitet und sauber und wir wurden herzlichst willkommen geheißen. Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet und die Trennung von Bad und Toilette sinnvoll. Die Lage ist gut, auch wenn wir aufgrund des fehlenden Schnees nicht direkt in Loipe oder Skigebiet einsteigen konnten. Dafür fährt der Skibus direkt vor der Haustür und auch per Auto sind alle Skigebiete am Wilden Kaiser schnell erreichbar. Wir können diese Unterkunft allen weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge und Top Anbindung an den Skibus. Der Komfort lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen dort und der Platz war ausreichend. Definitv weiterzuempfehlen, auch wenn es für 8 Leute vielleicht zu eng werden könnte. Aber für Familien mit Kindern sollte es gut passen. Aufjedenfall empfehlenswert.

Huis was netjes werden netjes ontvangen. Bedden waren opgemaakt met handdoeken set erbij! De betaling voor toeristenbelasting, eindschoonmaak en beddengoed hebben we overgemaakt omdat de eigenaresse niet met geld over straat wilde. Voor de deur stopte de bushalte en binnen tien minuten zaten we in de lift...… Wat wil een mens nog meer!!
