"We absolutely loved our stay here, it is one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The airline had lost our bags en route and we showed up tired and frustrated from that experience but the hotel staff were so welcoming and kind that we soon snapped out of it. Marilyn in particular was especially helpful in helping us navigate the airline’s lost baggage system and even took it over for us, calling each day and speaking with them (our Italian is terrible). "We stayed for 2 nights at Borgo Ritella in a room for 3. The rooms are spacious with modern kitchens and bathrooms, comfy beds, and rustic touches to the decor. Very pretty. What is not shown on the pictures is the fabulous view over Fasano - lovely by day, and by night too. Although the hotel is in a quiet spot, it is only 5 mins drive from Fasano, and the guy at check in (who spoke about as much English as we did Italian! But we got by...) gave us some great recommendations for restaurants....

"Beautiful, clean and spacious property perfect for a large family gathering. Kids loved the trulli and pool. Plenty of room to congregate in common area and at large tables (one inside, 2 outside) for meals. Close (15 -20 min drive) to Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica and beaches. Nice location but must have a car for transportation. Minor negatives: some of the mattresses were a bit hard and showers must be short as hot water can run out."
