"When walking from or to the airport, there's a short hill to climb but not too difficult. The room was clean and had what we needed. The room took a while to warm up but was comfortable once it did. The electric rug is a nice feature however it smelled unpleasant when warm. The room is so close to the airport and was so convenient in helping us to get in the airport as soon as it opened in the morning. "

"A friend came to pick us up and drop us off so transportation was not a problem. Not crowded and thankfully not too many tourists. It looked like more working people stayed there."

"I would give 6 stars if I could. The hotel room and lobby areas are spotless. Staff are also very helpful and attentive. Free breakfast was tasty and wonderful. You get to store your luggage for free for the day of check in and check out so you could go sightsee carefree. Amenities include PJs, coffee, tea, toiletries, etc. Overall very very satisfied with our stay. We also got a water view room so that was a bonus. "

"Huge rooms with beautiful views and an onsite Japanese garden super close to the monorail station connecting to the JR Kokura train station and other destinations. The hotel was a bit dated but clean. The retro feel of the rooms may be a selling point to those who like that however. "
