"Foi Excelente, funcionários educados, limpeza boa, a comida maravilhosa, o tempo todo você tem o que comer e beber. Tem manobrista. Para quem tem criança tem diversas atividades com os recreadores. Quarto amplo. A única coisa que falta é suporte para toalhas no banheiro, um varal portátil para secar algumas peças de roupa e o Wi-Fi tem momentos que fica instável. "

"Hotel antigo, precisa de reforma. Equipe e infraestrutura não preparada para a quantidade de hóspedes do final de semana. Faltou taça, prato, talher. Quarto precisa de reforma. 2 noites é uma manhã tomando banho frio. Roupa de banho e cama muito desgastada. Esperava mais pelos reviews que eu vi e pelas fotos."

"Foi tudo muito bom, desde a recepção com check in rápido e simpático. Quarto amplo modernizado, cama confortável, silencioso. Piscina boa, bar da piscina ótimo, salão de jogos bom, academia bem completa. Café da manhã excelente.Gostei demais de tudo!"

"I actually ended up across the road at the hotel adjacent to water park. ammenities were similar but geared to families...very basic accomodations and a bit dated. Food was good for an all inclusive....but definately brazilian centric. "

"Extra charges for no reason by this hotel. I booked my stay with hotels.com, checked in and paid for my stay. Upon checkout the front desk said I owed additional amount which was over double that I already paid hotels.com! I almost missed my flight going back and forth with the front desk. It was a complete nightmare. This hotel obviously is running a scam on foreign tourists by trying to change the hotel price after check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"

"Excelente localização, hotel muito limpo e confortável, bom atendimento, somente poderia ser mais solícitos para ajudar com a bagagem. Café da manhã muito bom, somente os sucos que eram muito aguados, sugiro colocar apenas um, porém natural. De resto foi uma excelente estadia"

"This hotel is located in a farm property could be much updated it says they have a swim up pool bar and wasnt even functioning the pool was full of dead mosquitos and flies they could have someone cleaning it at least twice a day the service was terrible we had to do everything on our own to reserved activities they couldn’t call from the front desk and ask what hours available the food was from days before hard bread and for lunch they had one plate that had gone bad already tasted spoiled they...

"This hotel is extremely awesome! Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and it has an awesome restaurant with live music on the roof top with a spectacular view of the beautiful city of Andradas! I had a fabulous stay and cannot wait to go back and visit again! I recommend this charming hotel to everyone who travels to Andradas which is a fabulous city to visit in Brazil!"
