The Radison is immediately next to subway station. When I got to the hotel and explain the situation to the clerk, she actually Found this highly amusing and started laughing. I was forced to reprimand her for her uncivil Behaviour Her supervisor took over and checked Me in efficiently"

"Reasonably sized and comfortable room with several downsides. First was the smell of smoke whereby I requested a non-smoking room. The in room dining menu stated it was available up to 10pm but when I called at 9.45pm, I was told it was no longer available. Lastly, my colleague who book into the same room category received fruit basket and dumpling whereas I did not have any welcome items. Rather disappointed with a hotel branding that is under Westin."
