O local é Ok, no entanto, se você for sem carro e pegar os quartos dos blocos 600 terá que subir vários degraus para chegar ao destino. Acho que o hotel poderia colocar isso na descrição da hospedagem. O atendimento é muito bom, equipe bem simpática e prestativa, a vista do restaurante panorâmico é excelente. Cabe elogiar a velocidade em que resolveram um problema que tivemos com o chuveiro, resolveram tudo rapidamente. PS: levem repelente, o hotel, por estar localizado no morro e em meio a mata, tem muito mosquito.

Hotel bem localizado
Hotel bem localizado, com a melhor vista da baía de Porto Belo. Bom café da manhã. Loja de conveniência, muito útil. Funcionários atenciosos, em especial os da recepção (Natália, Felipe, Milene e outros). O fato desagradável ocorreu no domingo, dia 02, em que não houve serviço de camareiras. Um grande transtorno, pois ao retornar da praia em torno de 15 horas constatei que o quarto encontrava-se sujo, com as toalhas , roupas de cama usadas e impossibilitado de tomar banho, tudo sob um calor de 34 graus. Depois de aguardar e insistir durante quase um hora e meia surgiu uma camareira para limpar o quarto e fornecer toalhas. Tal fato, pelo stress causado, fez com que antecipasse meu check-out em um dia. Todavia, o incomodo foi menor pela atitude receptiva e gentil da recepção e camareira chefe. Mas mesmo assim,recomento, pelo ótimo custo/benefício.

Hotel desconfortável,fotos no site desatualizadas a vista para o Porto que tinha nas fotos estavam escondida pelas árvores e plantas. Não tinha limpeza diária,não atendiam o telefone na recepção. Foi uma experiência desagradável!
