With a surface area of 50 m², this beautiful house can accommodate 2 travellers and consists of a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a veranda with dining area, a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a large garden and terrace from which you can admire the sublime view.

The house:
The accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A bright living room equipped with a corner sofa, coffee table, TV, air conditioner, ceiling fan and a beautiful functional fireplace.
- A kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, cooking hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, ice maker, plancha, crockery and cutlery...
- A beautiful veranda accessible from the living room with a dining area, a sofa and a ceiling fan.
- An office with a wardrobe and a washing machine.

Night area, accessible by 3 steps:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a large wardrobe as well as an adjoining bathroom, open to the bedroom, with a large corner bathtub, a washbasin and a hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A large gravelled garden of about 250 m², fenced and equipped with aromatic plants to decorate your dishes, garden furniture and a parasol!
- A raised terrace, sheltered by a pergola and fitted out with a dining table, chairs, a barbecue and an outdoor oven to enjoy a good meal while admiring the splendid view of the Etang de Berre.
