Beach Villa Next To The Waves!

This is my lovely house which is located in Istiaia just a breath away from the beach!

Look out this garden with it's colorful flowers, look out the peaceful environment away from traffic and routine.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, has capacity for 8 people, it is fully-equipped with everything you may need for a perfect stay! It has views of the garden.
In the electric kitchen, refrigerator, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle are provided.

In the area there are two shallow lagoons where rare birds find food and rest during migration, Mikro and Megalo Livari. Part of their surface is covered by reeds, rushes and water lilies, while on the banks there are poas, bushes and crops. Here we find ducks, mute swans, phoenixes, sandpipers, coots, many species of reptiles and otters. The two lagoons, together with the Delta of the Xeria River, the Hydrochares Forest of Agios Nikolaos, and the Coastal Marine Zone, have been included in the Natura 2000 network and thus fall under a special protection regime. Also, the area has been institutionalized as a Residential Control Zone (ZOE) since 1990.

The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.

Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.
