I booked this hotel after doing a lot of research. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was given a room that did not at all match the description on my reservation. After seeing the room, I went back to the front desk and said it seemed that I was given the wrong room. I showed him the description (which included balcony, jetted tub, fireplace and more). He blamed hotels.com for the incorrect description and told me there was actually only one room in the entire hotel that had a jetted tub. Although he was not rude, he was not interested in improving the situation - his solution was to move me to a balcony room...if I paid the difference in price. I don't know whether it was the hotel's fault or hotels.com's fault, but regardless, it was very disappointing not to receive what I booked and not to feel like there was any empathy for the situation. The room was also exceptionally loud (and I normally am not bothered at all by noise). On the bright side, the hotel location was good, with convenient access to restaurants, markets and attractions.
