Es una estafa, el hotel no existe.
Es una estafa, el hotel no existe. Lo reporte ante el servicio al cliente de la aplicación Hoteles.com y no obtuve respuesta. No se de momento si me cobraron o no el alojamiento. Me pareció sospechoso desde el momento que realice la reserva, que no había una dirección exacta y que nunca obtuve respuesta del contacto. Espero que Hoteles.com resuelvan la forma de verificar la veracidad de sus publicaciones. Me fue difícil comunicarme con soporte al cliente ya que tenia una conexión a internet muy mala por lo que se me cortaba la comunicación y cuando querían llamarme para tratar de darme otro hospedaje pero era imposible ya que no tenia roaming en el pías en el q estaba.
