50$ per night for dirty, underground room, no window, no hot water, 4-5 Sqm room, dirty, no cleaning. I advise to sleep in street and save your cash.

It's deceiving
The room looked nothing like it does on the pictures. It was small and dirty. T. V. Didn't work, complementry slippers where old, used flip-flops. Absolute joke of a place.

Dirty . Rooms are not as it shows in the pictures . No air conditioning smells so bad . And the staffs dont speak or understand engish . The minute i checked in at 4am I checked out after I saw that . It was the worst experience ever . I dont recommend it to anyone.

A Comfortless Hotel at a Perfect Location...
An Uncomfortable Hotel at a Perfect Location... The hotel is located at the center of Taksim with easy access to everywhere. Other than this advantage; I highly recommend not to stay in this hotel. Here are the reasons; The hotel says it has a parking lot for 10€/day but it doesn't. After having a phone conversation with Hotels.com; they offered to get my car and park somewhere else - away from the hotel. The room size is extremely small. The air conditioner doesn't have a remote control unit. You can switch it on or off manually only. The furniture looks like being collected from old bazaar and they don't fit at all. My only fresh air source was the balcony door and it was broken so I could leave it open only if I hold it. Towels, sheets and cushions are old and very low quality. You will never find disposable (single use) sleepers, shampoo, shower gel or even a hand soap in the rooms. The elevator is only for one person (max 1 meter square wide) and jumping while ascending or descending. I cannot believe it has a limited use permission with blue label. I haven't used internet connection so I have no comment about it... A kind Lady has seen us off but I was so disappointed that I couldn't answer her properly. My apologies and regards from here... In conclusion; the hotel deserves a very low rating. I just cannot believe who has given stars for this hotel and mistaken me. I will never ever come back to stay in this hotel and do not recommend to anybody at all.

Öncelikle İstiklal Caddesine yakınlığı ve konumu harika. Çift kişilik odada kaldım. Temiz ve rahat bir odaydı. Banyo ve ısıtması da gayet iyiydi. Ayrıca lobi çok güzel dekore edilmiş ve otelin sahibi müşterilerle oldukça ilgili. Adı gibi güven veren bir otel. Solo ya da çift olarak içiniz rahat olarak kalabilirsiniz.

Cramped and noisy room
We stayed in a room for two adults. The room was uncomfortably cramped and outdated. The whole night we didn't sleep as the club downstairs was open till 6 am. The constant banging of loud music and people yelling at each other was unbearable. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Hotel has nothing related to the photos. My room was not clean Even after daily cleaning. They just tidy up the room not even changing the towels and dirty sheets. No one helped me to take my luggage to my room. Room was so small even for one person. Really disappointed 😞

This hotel is nicely tucked away in the side streets of Beyoğlu but its just five minutes away from İstiklal Avenue and ten from Taksim Square. The rooms are alwaus clean, they serve a good breakfast and the staff will always help you. A friendly hotel and a great place to say.

Central, but not great.
The staff working at the hotel was very nice. However, they kept calling us in the room and when we passed by to ask us to leave a top review for the hotel, which we found uncomfortable. The hotel is very close to Istiklal, which makes it very convenient. The bathroom smelled like sewage. We asked if we could change rooms, but we were informed we were upgraded to a suite (when instead we would have preferred any other room, but it was fully booked). The room was clean, but could have been cleaner, and there was not always toilet paper (as our room had not been cleaned since we left late in the morning, we kindly asked if they could provide us with toilet paper one night, but they had run out and kindly informed us that this would be provided the next day). The Internet was out the first few days, and there are stairs before you get to the actual elevator (useful to know if you need an accessible hotel). Again, the staff was nice, but I think it could need an upgrade.
