The customer service was poor, even we had no disturbs sign, the housekeeper keeped knocking, the people in front of the door of the hotel were staring all the time, but the locations is best.

Not worth one star
There was a smell of sewage in the rooms. All day and night noise. You hear an ambulance all the time. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. The hotel does not have a lobby, they just rented it to a restaurant. Small rooms. And at the end of the stay they wanted to charge us for every wash of towels.

Old sagged beds and bad manager
The beds were horrible. The manager was rude and changed our 4-person room to a 3-person one for a couple of days one of us did not show up even though we had paid for it. We could not get any sleep due to the horrible old mattress. Towels were wet, staff were all nice, but the manager was not.

Nettes Hotel mit Abstrichen.
Das Hotel ist eigentlich sehr nett. Leider ist der Eingangsbereich und der Frühstücksraum nicht so einladend. Könnte besser sein. Das Frühstück ist auch nicht so toll, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Zentrale Lage. Sehr nahe zum Taksim Platz und zur İstiklal Straße. Super Aussicht auf den Bosporus und die asiatische Seite. Zumindest unser Zimmer 601. Personal ist leider unprofessionell aber nett.

Der Service kann nur besser werden.
Das hotel konnte uns wegen dem schlechten Service nicht überzeugen. Die Wände unseres Zimmers waren außerdem hellhörig und die Fenster bei der lauten Umgebung nicht gut isoliert. Der Lärm aus den Nachbarzimmern und von draußen war nachts unerträglich für uns. Die Heizung und die Klimaanlage werden zentral gesteuert, so die Aussage eines Mitarbeiters an der Rezeption. Somit konnten wir die Zimmertemperatur nicht individuell nach unserem Geschmack regeln und sind mit einer dicken Erkältung zurück gereist.

Hotel vétuste, mal entretenu, le restaurent est dégelasse, y avait même des mouches sur les aliments, le petit déjeuner est mauvais, le personnel du ménage est sympa mais non qualifié. Service de chambre à déplorer. Y avait plein de saletés sous les lits, j’ai trouvé une boite de cigarette serviettes de bain en mauvais état. odeurs dans les salles de bain. Les prix des chambres sont chers pour ce que c’est. La rue est très animée mais mal fréquentée.
