Terrible, from the checking in. The receptionist was very arrogant to ask me if I am an angry person. He said my identification has expired and he would not booked me in. I calmy told him to double check. I went out after the first night, only to come back for the second night and discovered that they check me out of my room, by removing my valuable without my permission, to a different smaller and smelling room. I told them, I would prefer to remain in the first room. They said they already offered it to a different room, I was pissed off. When I insisted on not staying in the new room, the offered to get me a new room some 10 minutes away. But on the condition that I leave my minor children in one room, while I go to a different hotel with my wife. How ridiculous? I tried calling your customer support that night without any results. How can I go to a different hotel, and leave my minor children behind? They insisted on offering only one room for me elsewhere and I declined the offer. The experience is the worst I have ever received
