internette seçtiğimiz oda verilmedi. Seçtiğimiz odanın verilmek istenen oda olmadığını anlatıncaya kadar epey bir zaman geçti. Neyse ki iyi niyetli bir resepsiyonist Selim Bey vardı. Uzun uğraşlardan sonra seçtiğimiz odayı maalesef fark ücreti ödeyerek alabildik. Hiç HOŞ DEĞİL Dİ. Kahvaltı güzel ve taze gelmiyor. Önceden hazırlanmış ve bir miktar zaman geçtiği için yiyecekler artık bozulmaya başlamış oluyor. Beyaz peynir kokuyordu. Otelin ve odanın işçilik ve malzeme kalitesi çok iyi, ses yalıtımı mükemmel, Selim NBey'in yaklaşımı olumlu ama hem seçilen odayı vermediler hem de daha fazla para ödemek zorunda kaldık. Kalmak istemiyorum dediğimde de bir günlük ücreti alacaklarını söylediler. Hiç dürüst ve doğru bir yaklaşım değil. Bir de; rezervasyonu yaptığımız zaman TL olarak yapıyoruz, ama otele giriş yaparken, oda ücreti döviz olarak çıkıyor ve o günkü kur üzerinden TL ye çevirerek alıyorlar. Rezervasyon yaparken mesela 1 TL check-in de 2 TL ödüyorsunuz, hiç doğru değil maalesef... Sistem den kaynaklanıyormuş, açıklama buydu:::-(( ne çekiyorsak hep sistem den...
