Das Personal ist super freundlich und macht alles damit man einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hat. Die Lage ist Mega man ist mitten in Istanbul und zum Essen muss man nicht weit weg. Direkt unterm Hotel ist ein Klasse Restaurant.
