When we arrived at the hotel on the first night,we were very tired,but there I understood that no room had been prepared for us.Although I had booked there about a month ago. They gave us a bad room with a bed and a mattress on the floor. The air conditioner did not work well and the room did not have air conditioning. The next day, they said we have to wait three days for a better room. I was really angry. When they saw my anger and sadness, they changed our room. It was on the first floor and there was a lot of noise. Another thing that was very disappointing was that none of them could speak English.
On the other hand, in my opinion, it is not a hotel. It doesn't have a lobby, safe box. Also it doesn't have a daily linen change service.
